Why would anyone install an asphalt driveway? They last 10 years at best. When you figure 5-6 replacements in your lifetime... concrete is dirt cheap. Its the same thing for shingles vs metal roofing. It is 10% more but will likely last 80+ years as long as you are over 5 miles from saltwater. The most expensive shingles last 10 - 12 years in Florida.

@AsphaltDriip I'm saying it because that what it is. It's a middle class trailer park. My finances are well enough that I wasn't stuck buying a cookie cutter tract house with nosy neighbors and a tiny yard with limited privacy. Why people want to buy a houses that are this close together is incomprehensible. The neighbors house can catch on fire and your house is gonna be highly damaged at minimum, if it doesn't just completely burn to the ground. If this was all I could afford, then I would settle for a smaller house that's on a decent amount of land. My comment is simply an observation. You asked the question. I answered it. If you like it, then good for you. I value my privacy too much to ever live in this type of neighborhood.

Back your paver up to your starting point . Open the gates dumping a pile out. Close them pull forward. Drop the screed down ,back into the pile pushing it down. Set the screed down and pave off your matt. Only should have a few feet to rake.

Respect. We know it’s more losses coming and being connected feels more secure in protecting yourself better. Not only that but the pain plays as an obstacle that slowly breaks down over time into healing. The best/worse part of it all is we use to keep our guards up at all times because it’s an understanding of how raw the people in this world really is. We heal late for safety purposes.
Concrete drive way is good but make sure you get rebar reenforcement done the right way ,most Concrete drive ways are done by laying the rebar or just adding one layer of rebar a few inches from ground ,and its wrong.
