Really fun to see this because this song was VH sort of absorbing some of the late 70s punk vibe - VH was incredibly diverse and interesting in how they played with so many different styles early in
This is basically them responding to everyone calling them “nickleback-core” and they seem to be all for it. Respect. 👌 I feel the only way to top this is call up Chad Kroger and ask to collaborate on a song together. Would be an awesome full circle moment.
I would like this more if they didn’t sing it in the Chad Kroger voice… that’s most people’s issue with Nickleback. dude has always sounded (and looked) corny as fuck
This cover is amazing, but did anyone experience a glitch in the song between 1:35-1:42ish? I've been listening to this on my phone, and my computer and still get the glitch. @justinyorksa, was this an upload issue? Just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same thing, from your upload. Thank you for your time, and sharing the cover.
@@Lionheart98801 yeah i don't know what's up but I'll tell you what I'll reupload the track again and fix the glitch using the first part of the chorus
some people were making fun of one of their song (I think it was magnetic) saying it sounds like Nickelback and Wage War was like "that's too bad, son" and BOOM now covering Nickelback songs. I"M ALL FOR IT! Magnetic is a great song and so is this. These guys do so many different song ranges it's wonderful! :)
Not a Nickleback fan but been rocking this song the last few weeks cause they used it for game 7 video montage at start of the game for Oilers Carolina 2006. Been rocking it a lot for game 7 Oilers Panthers then Wage war comes out with a cover of it at the same time ?!?!?! that is unreal timing for a song released in 2004 2005 ish I am still in shock! Unreal Cover too I am a MASSIVE Wage War fan!!!!!
@@justinyorksa and may I add I do have mad respect for everything Nickelback has accomplished in their Music Career. I live 3 hours from where they are from and know how hard it is to keep a band together let alone write hit after hit song for 20 years! Mad props to them and this is an incredible song! Hell ya @justinyorksa !!!🤘👊
