What is Tap Rack Bang? Tap Rack Bang is a military training mantra that represents going beyond training basics and understanding how to employ firearms fluidly and efficiently through reflexive muscle therapy. This skill ensures the carrier acts with a carefully calculated procedure and not on aggressive instinct.

Nee sub and here to help so I have been doing a lot of comments to help and aid and not put down just fyi on your weapons and things I notice. I am a us army veteran and have done full complete and custom builds from scratch was going to make a comment on your light set up but I just did a quad rail so still working on the finesse of the rail basically working on how to get that light tucked in. My Mlok rails I use arisaka on scout lights to tuck it in. Just another FYI building from scratch is a lot cheaper. Nice weapon
Bodymore Murderland gun laws get law abiding citizens even if you are or not protecting others or your self charged placed and jail ad or killed so drawing to late well that's the other part that gets you done it's not the ccw that's the problem its the laws in place that protect the criminals because there going home to do it again the next day😢
It’s not a “lack of training”. It’s not wanting to get the Daniel Penny treatment. Do everything right and go to jail which in turn causes my family harm.
I am the first guy at work only because if something happens and i defend someone at work i will immediately get fired and i gurantee no one will support me or my family after getting fired. Outside of work i am number 2
Idiots, it's not about morals, it's about knowlage. I'm in #2. To enter in #3 ya need knowlage of the facts. You have to know the GG is the GG & the BG is the BG. In most scenarios, ya become aware, after the scenario started & ya don't know who is who. Telling people their not in #3 bacause their not moral is recklass!
There's definitely a type somewhere between 2 and three. I don't necessarily carry to defend myself against a personal attack. If someone is trying to mug me, it's a physical fight until it gets to a point my life is actually on the line. I carry primarily so my family and I can have a higher probability of getting away from a random rampager. Anyone in the vicinity, will benefit from me protecting my family, friends, and self. Am I willing to defend a stranger? Yes; but you bet your bottom dollar, I'm not rushing to judgement to basically "pick a side." If there's an obvious innocent and I see the whole incident from the begining, and have the knowledge to make a good judgement, any life is valuable, and I would defend another, but yes, I'm getting my family and friends to safety, first, as they are my priority. I'm not out looking for people to defend, especially with my firearm. This has nothing to do with ability or confidence, but making sure I have all the information necessary to ensure I'm acting on the side of doing the right and legal thing, in protecting an unknown. I'm not one to allow an innocent to be seriously injured or killed by a rampager but I'm securing the safety of my family and friends, first, and if that means leaving the area to do so, then that's what it is. I know my wife isn't going to leave my side. To protect her, I have to get her out by getting myself out of harm's way with her. The rest comes down to the circumstances and tactics. Is the best way to get away from danger to head away from it, or do we have to go through it, neutralize it, to get to a safe place? Still the philosophy of why I carry, or when I use my firearm isn't as neatly compartmentalized into just three types.
My preparedness is for myself and my family, everyone else has the same opportunity to prepare and defend themselves. Why would anyone go to prison for protection of a lazy person that didnt take their defense seriously?
I don't think there's any CCW holders out there that wouldn't do anything for their immediate family. Number one it's just for me I doubt that. My personal opinion is a CCW holder be a number 3. But I just think this whole conversation is sideways
I didn’t get my ccw to go play hero. If there’s a mass shooter situation, I’m getting myself and my family, if they’re with me, out of there and I’m only pulling my gun if I see the shooter. Getting mistaken for the shooter is a high possibility during a mass shooter scenario. Hell I also have to make sure I can correctly identify the shooter and not shoot another ccw holder because that person decided to play hero. Then if I have to draw my gun, now I gotta make sure I don’t look like the mass shooter. The odds are greatly against ccw holders. Not worth it. As an adult your safety and the safety of your family is your responsibility. If you’re an adult and you don’t have a ccw and also don’t train with it to protect yourself and your family, that is completely your fault not mine and it’s not my moral responsibility to protect you and your family because you decided not to do it yourself.
My feeling is unless I clearly understand whats going on I will not intervene. Clearly. If I understand the situation clearly I still may choose not to intervene. I understand legal liability. I understand that if I am in jail I lose my social security and that family income while I am in there and I will not get any needed medical care and likely be raped and beaten. So if the intervention ends up with a trial and I can’t make bail its going to be bad. Therefore other than protection of me and mine use of deadly force is going to be unlikely to save someone else but not impossible. I may use tactics and force less than deadly to interrupt or disrupt an event.
In Massachusetts you get arrested if you use your ccw in a lawful defense scenario. Using it to save someone else would probably get me thrown in jail. Hell, the person I save would probably press charges on me because everyone in mass is terrified of firearms.
I would have said #3 ... until I had kids. Nowadays, if I go to prison just to be a hero - my family is in big trouble. The other element that wasn't discussed here is the cases of mistaken identity. It can be extremely hard to figure out in a split second who the "good" and "bad" guy is in a situation - you didn't see who started it and you don't know these people. Unless it's crystal fucking clear, I want no part in someone else's fight.
I’d say I’m a #2 unless I’m by myself, then I’m a #3. Reason being, if my family is with me or friends, my priority is getting them out of harms way asap.
That’s exactly how I feel about it, if my family is with me, my priority is their safety. I’d only use my weapon if the threat is directly to my family or using my weapon won’t endanger them i.e. they are already to cover or away from the threat and I’m not for whatever reason. But if I’m by myself I hope I would have the courage to defend someone if I could.
It has to be #2. You don’t want to try to intervene in unknown situations. Your “morals” could have you saving a murderer by killing the self defender. Add domestic disputes, people playing ill advised games with toy guns, etc… Good luck. You need to have a #2 plus mindset. The plus is only the most obvious and extreme scenarios. Even then, you’ll likely be killed by a #3 in the process.
💯 that’s why it’s best to start as slow as possible, easier to start a habit than it is to break one. Go ahead and lock in on the key motions then add stress once some speed is gained
For those that cant otherwise afford super high tech glasses like he has, going from closed eye, to 70% squint, to 30% squint, to fully open, has helped me a lot.
I can attest to having an issue with my AR Maglock kingpin not breaking the action between my upper and lower. Took it down to them, person at the counter tried his best to remedy it, he took it to the back for a couple minutes and returned it with a NEW kingpin and of course with the issue resolved and didn't charge me a thing. In and out in 10 mins. SHOUT OUT to Rifle Supply + Tap Rack Bang!!!
Only issue I have is that the mass driver was rubbing with my OLight Baldr RL 1120. Maybe the mass and my light is too close together. Does anyone can recommend a better sizing light? Other than that mass driver is shown reliability and less recoils for Glock gen 3🙌🏻
In low risk, low crowd environments I'll use a smaller quick draw fanny pack, but otherwise it's appendix carry. As mentioned, the fanny pack will be the first things robbers will see an want.
How’s it going gents? I was formerly a prisoner of the country of Commifornia and always thought this whole tyrannical regime pushing us gun owners to make our tools (not weapons of war) to be less reliable and accurate just to appease the rulers. We all know this push for making our WMD’s less efficient and down right STUPID LOOKING is just another infringement all to make these limp dicks happy and get us to spend more money on this BULLSH!T. I’m sick of this BS, the last straw was the whole thing with the ammo. Having to get a background just to get ammo, give me a freakin break! I’m glad I moved outta that state, I feel sorry for all my friends I left behind enemy lines. If you’re smart or get the opportunity MOVE! I live in a state where constitutional carry is the law of the land for now. Let’s see what happens in the future, things are getting pretty crazy in the world these days.
Yes Sir indeed! I just installed Floyd's Custom Shop mag well and mag extensions on my M&P 2.0 and mags. Oh my goodness, quick and with enhanced capacity.
Wasup brotha, you seem to know some laws lol, so i'll ask you, by having a fixed ar does it only limit to 2 features as stated in the video or I can run 3+, like a pistol grip, vertical grip, flash hider, moving stock etc?
I have the gen 3. I still don’t understand the difference between the gen 3 and gen 4. I was told by the store clerk who sold me the gen 3 that if I have standard DDM4 V7 upper, I only need the gen 3.
I have the mat9k which has a 5inch barrel it ran like crap out of the box changed to titanium firing pin and extra power hammer spring and had a lpk with a nickel teflon trigger it runs flawlessly........foxtrot mike lower and lrbho works everytime glock mags
This will NOT fit the PSA, AV-9. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Bought the 5.5 and one black and one goldish color in 9in last year. Skin cancer got to be to much. Cannot go outside during the day or it gets worse. Having them operated on was the worst decision I ever made. Now there are five times larger and deeper
