When I need a measure mark, like .25 of an inch, or even a 16th of an inch, I take a thin Sharpie, and mark my thumbnail from the tip the length of the measurement.
I’m so excited to start this series! I just moved to Belgium and since I’m somewhat of a homebody and have yet to make friends here, I wanted to take a sewing class. However, I wasn’t allowed to take the class since I was required to have a specific level of Dutch completed. I have since made two pieces of clothes, but they are completely unwearable. i am not a fashion college student (50+) however taken a few different digital pattern making classes over the last few years should i fill out the form?
@@FashionProfessor the consent form has random marks on it... ok finally figured out how to remove the marks but sent research form w/o consent so had re submitted the form...sorry.
I'm a complete beginner. I made my first ruffles the other day, very happy that I took the hang of it. And then I realized.... finishing it while it's ruffled would be a nightmare lol. So you do finish the ruffles _before_ making them... I mean, it makes sense.
I created custom avatars for different sizes, but I can't really change the poses for them, the avatars distorts when I do so. Also this only happens when the avatar is wearing any garment.
