Good Karma Sportfishing & Coaching is both a sportfishing charter business (Tavernier, FL) AND offers a variety of online coaching and mentoring options, so recreational anglers can learn to catch big fish too.
If you are planning to book a charter with me, the main areas of The Florida Keys to stay in are Key Largo, Tavernier, Islamorada. Marathon is about an hour south and Key West is about two hours south.
My fishing charters in The FL Keys are a fun, hands-on experience.
August 2018, I launched The Good Karma Sportfishing Podcast. It is an underground fishing podcast and kept secret by most anglers that listen. No-fluff, real tips and stories.
Please check out my website below for any further details. Booking a charter, courses, blogs, and podcasts.
This is what I love about the podcast, you talk about certain rigging techniques but if you really sit back it and pay attention you can apply it to many different things wether land based or kayak fishing. Thanks captain!
Great story! I have a few bucket fish I want to knock off. Cubera snapper and a yellowfin. I also happen to know someone who can help me with that………;). Keep up the good work captain. You’re the best!
I've been listening to Ryan for some time. Listening to his podcasts got me mentally through covid. He has helped me focus on consistency in fishing results. Thank you Captain Ryan!
The music drowns out the vocal. It makes it difficult to understand you. It also wasn’t real informative on how to drive the boat, hook, gaff, the fish solo. Could have used a lot more details.
no way im flipping a wahoo in the boat lol. use the gaff. glad you got them in the boat though! and their teeth didnt end up in the wrong spot! nice vid!
So much truth and info especially from you two that have been and are going through it. You two call it how it is and I love that! Looking forward to the next collab podcast 💯🔥
I have been listening to the Good Karma Podcast for 5 plus years and I have to say this is my favorite by a notch Especially the end listening in on your adventures with Capt. Joe, sometimes its not what happens out at sea but what can be learned at berth. I imagine that there stories like this with Capt Skip and Ernest Hemingway and tho I didnt know Capt. Joe Petrucco or, even heard of him, I now have a reference point of him and your admiration. Thank You Captain Ryan Van Fleet for everything you have taught us!
