I'm rather fond of this lineup. Always loved Deep Purple. Always. Seems they got a new lease on life. Good guitarist. 2nd song reminds me of my university days at Appalachian State University. Perfect
Having seen the original Lamb tour in '75, i kinda got a little emotional watching this. The men that were Genesis affected me greatly when i was a teenager, and now in my mid 60s i'm pleasantly blown away by the interest in this band today, 50 years later.
I saw the original Lamb tour with Pete in '75. It was surreal. Many years later i'm standing in line at a McDonalds when over the speakers i hear "The Carpet Crawlers" remake with both Pete and Phil singing. It too was surreal.
Don thought that it's time to don a great solo, also there was a nice rock-style Smoke on the Water guitar solo starting at 28:28, and finally, last but not the least, an uncommonly lenghty Glover bass solo at 41:35.
