Thank you. Amazing how my closest dirt track growing up is now being recognized. Oh, the History there still in the clay, and quite a few under it too. Said with respect to all who have passed. Shame there aren't more old videos when Stick Elliot, Carl Smart, Charlie Blanton, (a young Freddy Smith back then), Raymond Payne, Preston Humphries, Daniel Warlick, Billy Bishop, and. Ralph and a very young Dale raced there!
Dang man you had better video coverage than a NASCAR race with FS1! Great job, not just following the leaders follow each other around! Thanks for sharing! Keep it up
Larson trying to rattle Lake (27) ain't gonna happen.😆 You pulled the camera off Larson & Hughes right at the last lap last turn to zoom in on Owens who was idled down and starting his cool down lap. Meanwhile the only side by side race is still going on down the front stretch.
okay buddy, my bad, you could of kept that to yourself though, if you’re going to make a comment on my video, telling me what i did wrong, instead of thanking me of at least recording the race.
I was racing a 2.3 4 cylinder mhstang ministock back in 2002 when I was 10 on asphalt and ran those for two years before moving up to superstocks at the halfmile asphalt track. Mine was a beast turning 10,200 rpms it was a beast kf a car won my first ever race feature eber and rookie of ywar and points champion won my forst ever feature I ran in and won it by lapping 10 out of 13 cars lol. Lied ablit my age and all and only practice I had was the njght beflee on open practjce night lol. After tge class died on asphalt I was obly car to show up following year when no one showed up so we packed it up and I went following night to go run it on dort and i was hooked to dirt racing. I been rackng asphalt and dirt ever sknce then in street stocks nesmith on dirt and super trucks and super stocks on asphalt. I miss driving ministocks like this nothing like it the sound of the motor screaming and pulling you down straightaway nothing like it and kts all about momentum and corner speed. I wish they would put the new ar racing bodoes mustang 4 cylinder body on them and get away from hung latemodel bodies. Every class doesnt need to look like a latemodel

Hey there guy if you race same track try this so ur car might stay at bottom in corners try and put more leed in right front or move back left front more leed car will make a left turn by itself
Good camera angle coming out of 4 gives a good perspective of how them cars really work in the corner and coming out...its absolutely stunning what these guys can do pn dirt...CONGRATS TIM MCCREADIE NY in the house!
I personally think races like these is why there aren't many heavy tracks anymore. Everyone is fast on heavy. Dry slick makes for really great racing. Which i used to hate when I raced. lol
@@keepdigginracing2721 THANK YOU,between Knoxville and Gatlinsburg, got it. I plan on making a pilgrimage through the south next summer from SE Wi, relatives in Spartansberg sc and Fla. I REALLY like this track!
HTF = Home To Florida Soon Jonathan will need another $20,833 handout in the form of a PPP loan from the government to pay the Lucas Oil or WOO bills...
