300 sq.yd - ₹ 60-65 lac 162 sq.yd - ₹ 32-35 lac & 120 sq.yd - ₹ 15-20 lac Never pay more than above price as property market is badly crashed almost in every area dur to global market recession and Don't believe on any middlemen, Broker or social media influencers who are fooling the public that matket is doing great and prices will go up in future whereas global recession has started & prices are badly crashed everywhere. It's your hard earned money Never buy any plot in Yamuna expressway for more than ₹ 15-20k per sq.yard as prices in every area is badly crashed and will continue to go down for next 1-2 years. Since Yeida had launched the plot scheme at around ₹ 25k rate while the same should have been available in secondary market at much lesser price. However many Brokers, dealers & middlemen have fooled the general public & charging unreasonable prices by creating a picture of various dreams which didn't even exist there.

5 saal baad dobara comment karna bhai apne comment per...I didn't purchase plot in sec 45 46 in Gurugram in 2007 at price of 22 thousand per sq yard just because it was jungle.....now I can't purchase in same sectors in Gurugram because rate is above 2.5 lakh per sq yard.....yamuna mai aaj lai sakte ho to lai lo warna baad mai sirf bolte rahoge ke itne mai mil raha tha...Real time experience bata raha hu apko mai dealer nahi hu....middle class cannot buy plot in Noida and Gurugram now....only Option I can see is Yamuna where prices are still less than Faridabad Ghaziabad Bahadurgarh Sonipat Meerut

This was the tactics to fool the people so that they fill the application form and they get crores of rupees in the form of Registration and earnest money. If 2+ lakh people have filled the form anyone can calculate how much money they have generated both through registration and earnest money. Now they are least bother about anything.

Noida mein luxury segment bohot expensive hai but if you book a luxury flat at 5 crore the flat price will go to 10 crore in 2 years go and check the market so how can u say noida is not good for investment because its expensive so apki baat ka koi sense nahi hua

Maine bhi yaha plot dekha tha end use ke liye but financer rate itne high bol rha tha or sare plots me labour reh rhi thi koi bhi kothi nhi bni hui thi. Toh fir greater Noida me plot lene ka plan cancel Kiya or yamuna expressway ke sector me liya or wha par kothi ki construction start kar di hai

Yeida ki site se RPS 08 se related sabhi link aur notifications hataye jaa chuke hai. Koi namo nishan ab RPS08 ka nahi bacha hai yeida ki site par. Jabki pichli schemes me aisa nahi hota tha, scheme ki date ke baad bhi notification and link rehte the. Kuch to gadbad hai isme. Maybe internal enquiry chal rahi hai tabhi sare public notification hataye gaye hain.

ICICI Bank se jo loan karaya Gaya hai wo RBI guidelines ke bhi against hua hai. Loan approval ka koi information nahi aaya hai customer ke paas, interest poora pehle le liya gaya. Application approve ho rahi hai draw ke liye ya nahi, kuch clear nahi hai. This violates every guideline set by RBI for Bank Loans.

Bhaiyo plots to bahut kam hote hai aur application lakho mein aa jati hai, kam se kam 1000-1500 plots ki quantity honi chahiye nahi to Total waste of money. Aur ek baat application filling ki date ko extend karke Bank ko fayeda ! 😮
