5 saal baad dobara comment karna bhai apne comment per...I didn't purchase plot in sec 45 46 in Gurugram in 2007 at price of 22 thousand per sq yard just because it was jungle.....now I can't purchase in same sectors in Gurugram because rate is above 2.5 lakh per sq yard.....yamuna mai aaj lai sakte ho to lai lo warna baad mai sirf bolte rahoge ke itne mai mil raha tha...Real time experience bata raha hu apko mai dealer nahi hu....middle class cannot buy plot in Noida and Gurugram now....only Option I can see is Yamuna where prices are still less than Faridabad Ghaziabad Bahadurgarh Sonipat Meerut

Yeida ki site se RPS 08 se related sabhi link aur notifications hataye jaa chuke hai. Koi namo nishan ab RPS08 ka nahi bacha hai yeida ki site par. Jabki pichli schemes me aisa nahi hota tha, scheme ki date ke baad bhi notification and link rehte the. Kuch to gadbad hai isme. Maybe internal enquiry chal rahi hai tabhi sare public notification hataye gaye hain.
ICICI Bank se jo loan karaya Gaya hai wo RBI guidelines ke bhi against hua hai. Loan approval ka koi information nahi aaya hai customer ke paas, interest poora pehle le liya gaya. Application approve ho rahi hai draw ke liye ya nahi, kuch clear nahi hai. This violates every guideline set by RBI for Bank Loans.
