Nice video and great fish bro!!! Also, I just want to point out that it was nice to see an Ohio steelhead video where someone actually releases the fish properly and with the upmost care. It’s a very disturbing trend I’ve noticed while watching other videos from North Ohio and from my handful of times fishing the Rocky. I’m from the west coast and what I see from way too many Ohio fisherman is really poor fish handling. Good work bro, we all thank you! Look forward to visiting my Grandma in Avon in January and fishing the Rocky and possibly exploring some east side rivers/tribs. GL chrome certainly aren’t the same as the west coast stellies I’m accustomed to, but they are amazing and it’s a really fun fishery when the pressure isn’t too high, I don’t go fly fishing to combat fish. Even though they don’t have the fight of a west coast wild chromer, it’s nice to be able to find fish and usually a lot of them in a day out there. I had a 14 fish day there last year and that’s a good lifetime out west haha. Cheers man tight lines!
Beauty. Great catch for the one you will remember forever . By the way never grab the rod above the handle. A good size fish can turn it into a very short multipiece rod. Anyway great catch, now leave couple f I r me!😁
