It's escape from tarkov. The map they're on is called customs. It's an extraction shooter which means that your objective is to extract from some part of the map. What happened is that there are enemy players as well as ai enemies, this case with sniper rifles, that will shoot at you. You have to be careful as on this map, as the snipers range is like 2/3 of the map.

Gibby only needs a single buff to make him Great again, Gunshield reset after every KO and maybe a pasive that highlights people that get hit with his Ult. These 2 simple things can make him a complete offensive support legend.
