Pro road cycling. So many great moments, so many personalities, so much excitement, so many difficulties, so many challenges. I hate that it has been so ruined by all the doping scandals. At least for me personally. Virenque was one of my favourite rider.
This bike was really easy to assemble ru-vid.comUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.

Su palmarés es enorme, incluye 28 triunfos de etapa en el Tour y muchos otros. Pero lo que es aún más, su impresionante capacidad en todos los terrenos, que lo hacían triunfar hasta en los sprints, contra los mejores especialistas del pelotón de su época. Vean los Tours de 1979 y 1982 con Hinault venciendo en los Campos Elíseos de París, en la última etapa y con el maillot amarillo (o sea, la carrera ya ganada). Algo que no ha vuelto a repetirse.

Eddy merckx la légende bien vivante peut constaté qu' il est toujours le plus grand car son palmarès en 2023 n est toujours pas et ces pas dmain l aveil qui soit égalé . Eddy 525 victoires qui dit mieu.........évidemment personne.
He was short in height, but he had incredible stamina. This man is a legend!. Merckx Induran, Coppi Thevenet were all tall with phenomenal power. Im thinking when Hinault was climbing the Izoard, Puy de Dome, L'Alp duez, he was up against the tall climbers and could match and beat them.
As a spectator, I enjoyed that era of cycling. There were more entertaining "characters" back then. Now most of the athletes seem more disciplined and less "individual".
