@@Falaq2010 here are the few guidelines for Stomach issues. 1-Start your day with Talbina breakfast. One of the best Recipe given by tib-e-Nabvi. 2-Avoid spicy food 3-Add barely flour in diet for Chapati 4-Drink water 30 minutes before or after meal. 5- Take dinner earlier and do not overthink.
