It looks awesome! The only thing I think doesn't work that well is how sharp it is by the end, it makes it look a bit lower quality instead of making it sharper, but it's an awesome piece
Awesome video. Maybe I missed something but how did you light the scene? Maybe HDRI or a sun lamp? I struggle to get good lighting for semi realistic scenes with sunlight
When using 3D, always keep in mind how to simulate real life scenarios, for lighting on an outdoors scene i always use a main light source, a second one(skybox or HDRI) and extra light to emphasize the main subject or guide the eye 😉
sorry can i ask you do you think that the size (17 inch) for screen display tablet is prohibitive for a professional concept artist? (I intend to give it as a gift to a friend who is a professional) the product we are referring to is the wacom cintiq pro 17
Bro, any size for a tablet is will be welcomed for any concept artist ;), besides, any concept artist would be glad to have a friend that support him in their journey, so go ahead and give love to that mf
Aunque no lo creas, youtube es una excelente herramienta para aprender a usar blender, pero en caso de querer llevar todo a otro nivel, te recomiendo cursos en cgma, suerte en tu camino ninja bro 😎
Hi, first of all , that's some incredible work, good job. now, quick question, about the color process, did you do it in Photoshop or uv mapped in blender? Also im so confused with whether I can use pre-made models of other artist to implement in my concept environment or not ?
It is always a good idea to have a base in a blender, even for the colors, but I use Photoshop to retouch and experiment. Regarding the use of models, it is always advisable to check their copyright or ask permission directly from the author, but if in Photoshop you retouch and cover the model with paint, you can get away with it.
i see your concern about focusing point. just a personal opinion but i think that motion blur little bit overkill, or maybe i just like it when its more detailed and noisy. its make me feel like the corners of the image been cut off. besides that its wonderfull piece.
bro, i love coments and critiques like this one, thx for letting me know your thoughs about my work, it helps me grow and rethink about some aspects of the piece uwu
hey, i'm glad my work motivates you dude, i started studying and taking this serious for about 6 years now, i was a little slow at first but give time to time and all will be fine UwU
Which layers do you export for photoshop and do you plan to make tutorial videos? Your channel is new, but you are very talented and knowledgeable in what you do, I love your style of working with layers and the detail of your edit. I would like to learn a lot from people like you. I also make photographs in this field, but there are details that I do not know much.
Dude, thank you so much for the coment, ive been thinking a lot in doing a tutorial for pepole to understand more in deep about my process in concept art, i dont know yet when i would do it, but for the time beeing, i always use the Ambient Occlusion and Mist layer in all my works, the rest is all about fitting the needs of the pice that im trying to do, cryptomatte layers are also really cool for separating objects for selections.
@@CristobalVaras i think i have a lot to learn from you your talent is amazing please don't quit and try to make regular videos do you have a discord channel
@@CristobalVaras There's just a lot of useful stuff in your lesson. For example how you create fire from pictures)) That's why I had to watch some fragments at x0.25.
Got u bro, first, enable the image to plane addon that comes with blender and find an image with a black background, use the same image as an Alpha in your BSDF texture shader, place a "color ramp" in the middle to play with the opacity, and finally add some emission to the material, and BOOM, u got Fire! 🔥🔥🔥
