Big food is killing us....best way is to eat fresh food, as natural and with minimal processing, eat plenty of protein and don't be scared of butter, oil, eggs, etc, we've been eating it for thousands of years. Cut down/out UPF, sugar, cheap cabs, low "fat & sugar" foods and seed oils, you know the foods that have exploded in popularity since the 1970's, just like diabetes and obesity...no link right?

As someone that has been involved in grain, vegetable, fruit and animal production systems and a former supplier to the industry, there is more profit to be made by the supply chain from inputs that can be used in many different applications and modified in many different ways IE grain, has a long shelf life and is not a biocomplete food.
