@@WinwinLife-li1su recoupment or offset is nothing but amount adjusted by the insurance company in future Claims of the same provider if insurance company previously paid excess amount and provider didn't responded to refund letters...void claim means if the claim was already paid and cancelled,it is resubmitted with 08 resubmission code

@@nehashah9541 Medicare is primary Payer who pays as primary. Medigap (also called Medicare supplement Plan) is always secondary payer to patient who has Medicare coverage. Medigap always supplements the gaps(Copayments or Coinsurance). Kindly note Bcbs Medicare or UHC Medicare are Medicare Advantage Plans but not Medigaps.
