For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I would be happy to have the *jklux* as my travel bag and not have to take care of it. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.
If there is one thing we do not need it's more "feminism". Feminism does not seek to enhance and further the natural partnership that has always existed between men and women. It seeks to force the opinion that men have somehow historically wronged women. It seeks to destroy the nuclear family and the happiness this brings. And it harms society by pushing the un factual idea that men and women have the same skill set. If her success has done anything to help me or any other woman, Im not seeing it. Lots of omen have BEEN CREATIVE DIRECTORS. So it would be nice if liberals stopped pretending like it's some sort of redressing of injustice. A man could do the job just as well. Why should anyone be habppier that a woman has that job? It only helps her.
I like Balen cigar far more than any other houses. They aren't top notch, but they are better than Balmain. I cut stand them. I'm also very weirded out by the child models, but come on, Denma didnt do that.
OH PLEASE !!! (rolling my eyes !!! ) they are IN now bc the TREND now and bc INFLUENCERS PROMOTING IT .. before The Row was NOT THAT famous or WELL SOLD brand.. they did good job but booming now BC INFLUENCERS and THE quiet luxury TREND... give it few years The trend about THE ROW will die out like every trend does.
Hi everyone!💞 What are your thoughts on these celebrities x fast fashion collaborations? Do you have any of those items in your wardrobe? Let us know in the comments, would love to hear all of your viewpoints!✨
I wish I didn't have to rely on fast fashion, but tbh it's all I can afford. That's why even tho it's not the best quality, I try to take care of my clothes carefully so they'll last for a while. I overall agree with the message on this video, it's truly sad that people get influenced so easily by these greedy celebrities, and don't reflet on the industry as a whole and its impact on the environment or the conditions of the people making these clothes, it's modern slavery
I didn’t know a single thing about this woman, and I admit I just figured she was snobby & bossy like the media says, but this video shows that’s not the case and I’m pleasantly surprised
I have followed fashion for a very long time. I would not purchase any of these items. They are not wearable nor practical in any form. I can go to the men's big and tall and pick an oversized jacket - what makes yours special? Nothing.
They should have let the brand well alone back in the 90'ies. This is always such a risky business (also look at Schiaparelli), and there is always a greater chance of ruining the uniqueness of the history and legacy. (Let's face it, who can presume to better Balenciaga himself?) But especially in the brand-obsessed 90'ies (when the madness really started) they were much more focused on making "magic" money than delivering quality, and the temptation was much too great. These days, when most of the great old brands are totally meaningless (and therefore really dying) it is a bit late to ask the question "Is Balenciaga back"? Of course it (HE) is not, and his decision should have been respected. Anyway, too late now. Still such a shame.
Does anyone else notice that models used to look proud to be wearing lovely clothing, in contrast to present day models, who look like the whole affair is an unwelcome interruption in their lives?
One coment here says "Demna made Balenciaga relevant" but relevant doesnt mean Creative. Cristobal was the original source, and Nicolas Guesquiere were the only ones capable to be creative and yet beyond relevant. Relevance is just the flavor of the moment.
The Balenciaga ad campaign still leave an awful taste in my mouth. I don't like gimmicks in fashion. This brand seems to be relying on gimmicks and not creativity. Balenciaga is a turn off.
Grow up! What was the problem? That there was some book in the corner of the image by some “controversial” photographer? Muricans love being offended by anything! Balenciaga is a garbage brand worn by rappers and the kartrashians!
Demna made Balenciaga interesting - bordering on the mockery of the superficial while getting sales at the same time. He did not fail Balenciaga, he made it relevant.
I always get a “first year at fashion school” vibe from Demna. It’s just very shallow in concept and he’s trolling instead of pushing the envelope like Cristobal did.
As much as I hate Balenciaga’s stunt marketing, I think Demna balances the commercial and art aspects of the house. He did his commercial thing in RTW while in couture he updated the classical balenciaga silhouette with just enough modern touch
