I don’t know, I kind of feel bad for the dude. He strikes me as one of those wallflower types that always envied the rich, charming playboys. He fell into a honey trap, and they took him into a world of indulgence where he felt like a big man on campus for the first time. That sort of corruption is powerful. Unfortunately, it cost him the love of a good woman. I guess I feel bad because I truly believe that he has learned his lesson, but some things you just can’t take back or recover from. Like she said, she’s got a good man right now. It would be foolish of her to throw away an unblemished pearl for a cracked diamond.
