The Studio that brought you Taking My Parents to Burning Man, Inconceivable, Shooting the Musical, Why Does God Hate Me, I Love You So Much It's Killing Them, Fathers and Son and so much more.
Parents encouraging their loser son helping him produce what he truly believes is an "important" documentary. Nothing about buribg man is "important" to anyone except for luscifer. Everyones fake lofty platitudes ant the end...so much delusion
Do not be yourself. Be the best version of yourself. Recognize yourself. Work with the cards you are given. You have to play the cards you're dealt. It's okay to not be okay, but do not stay that way. Don't just sit there and accept yourself and think you're perfect the way you are and act like a victim for the rest of your life so you have an excuse to never change or improve your character.
last time i watched this i was about 14. i was very closeted and christian and watching this back then felt like i was doing something wrong but i am so glad i watched it. i’m 19 years old now, very out and very very VERY queer. the scene with Mike meeting a queer person for the first time and having to run away then seeing the same man happy and proud has been stuck in the brain for 5 years. when i first watched this I was Mike. Now at 19 i’ve been the person who helps another queer person see that being queer is a good thing. i’ve never felt so seen. thank you for making this, i can’t thank you enough
I finally finished it after a long time of watching it! And I keep getting interrupted with life. I love it so much! I feel so much satisfaction & joy!
Being gay is wrong, unless it’s women kissing Marriage isn’t between man and man, it’s between a man, and a woman, and a woman, and a woman, and a woman, and a woman- God hates gays, I mean, he did come here in the flesh and specifically told us about how wrong it was during his ministry, right? Right?
hey i hope everyone is doing great... its my 3rd time watching your video .i think its great ...say hi to mom and dad for me and i hope to see you all at black rock city !!!!!
yes. Yes. YES!!!! Hahahahahahaha.. rofl. This was a legit glimpse into the reality of parents everywhere in every modern "1st" world culture. But with particular respect to the USA suburban resistance to the nonsense. We are only as good as our willingness to tolerate that which challenges us but also calls us to be our best selves. That being said, I spit out my hard Kombucha when she finished her monologue and the music cut away and we were just left with the reality of what she said to everyone in the room. (16:40) That was an amazing choice to make by the film makers and it paid off heavily in my world. Shout out to them and the actress who fuckin nailed it with her rendition of slightly rebellious or at least not totally hypocritical PTA mom.
This was amazing, such awesome parents! I just accidently found it while looking at Burning Man videos and couldn't have been more happier that I found it. Well done! 10/10
First of all, I don’t think God hates gay people being gay is just not right that doesn’t mean that anyone should hate them. I’m personally homophobic, but I don’t hate gay people.
I dream of a world where we could just all live like that all the time, not just for a week. Someday this will be the real world and we wouldn't imagine why settling for any less 🧚🏼♀️🧚🏿♀️🧚🏼♀️🧚🏻♀️🧚🏾♀️🧚🏾♀️🧚♀️
