Black Series Marketing people: Nice video, but it does not tell me what we need to know. Have you fixed the service and quality control issues, have you resolved the solar, electrical and other wiring issues? Not to mention that none of these videos shows me that it’s been updated for 2024 or what changes have been made.
Is it me, or does the interior of these newer Black Series, especially the seating at the table just look like cheap garbage compared to the older models?
Jim, my headquarter panel is not getting any electricity. It doesn’t light up even hooked up to shore power. The microwave is working. Does the headquarter panel have a few that would need replacing?
We had no bag no directions 😢 at first all these lights came on & off 3 button 2nd panel as you walk in . Now 3 button 2nd panel doesn’t work at all and I’ve tried 2 new batteries ?
I would love to move black series up on my list but you guys seriously need to address your repair record and little things like it being an off road RV but the dump valves are external (freeze issue) and prone to breakage due to their location at the rear of the RV. PLEASE TELL US YOU ARE IMPROVING!
Hi sir, that's a cabinet behind the monitor where the signal transmitter and converter are placed. Open the other cabinet next to the monitor, remove the vent cover among the two cabinets, you will get the signal transmitter and converter from the cabinet.
Nice. But it would be more helpful to explain what issues and design flaws have been fixed or corrected. Like dump valves that are both exposed (not for cold weather) or placed at the rear of the trailer where rocks can snap them off. I’m WANT one, but please overcome owner issues that might influence our purchasing decision.
Search customers reviews on Black Series campers before you think about purchasing..... Or why some reputable RV dealers are cutting ties with them.....
Anyone else annoyed by people over-explaining the simplest thing? It's a cupboard. Got it. You don't need to hypothesise about all the 101 variations of what people might put in there. Never go full retard. Felt like it watching this video.
We have an HQ21. We hooked up our rig to city water and water heater wouldn’t engage (we had about 60 psi coming in). It wasn’t until I turned on the General Water Pump that the water heater engaged. Is this common?
We really want to like the Black Series, but what is the quality issues? Why are serious off grid dealers dropping your brand due to quality and warranty issues?
