These mens USA games dont mean squat, people need to stop tripping. These other teams are trying to win these practice games, and the USA team is just practicing. Lamar Jackson is 2-4 in playoff games. He's not even the best QB playing today. If he cant win a big game with his arm, he doesnt belong in the conversation.
Don't get used to it. Bothe of them take a lot of vacation during August. They don't like talking about preseason football. Exhibition games as they say.
@@Sam................ I forgot it's an Olympic year Tony will be around a little I bet. Not anywhere near the studio though. I think Wilbon takes like three weeks, but once football fully returns they won't miss that much if at all. Sometimes I think people like the show so much the flagship network will never force Tony or Wilbon to come in. They've been doing the show so long all they need is the topics. Wilbon on Tony's podcast a lot, so that's like a pressure free warm up if it's a big enough thing to be on both shows.

Darnold has pretty much recovered from playing for the Jets (!!!). Look at his numbers over the last 2 years with dreadfully bad teams and he looks pretty good with very little downside.
