Yes, in Adobe Captivate, you can add bookmarks to text blocks (text captions) to create navigation points within your project. These bookmarks allow learners to jump to specific sections or topics based on the interaction with text. However, adding bookmarks to text blocks directly doesn't work exactly like you would with a web browser or a document editor.
Hi thanks for your videos. I have a question. I am currently creating a web based training for a client. He wants exactly what you see in this intro video at second 0:22 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-o8JmwWhB3Uw.html --> A video should run in the background while questions are asked (the video continues to run). Is this still possible with the new version? If so, how? If not, does it work with the old 2019 version? Thanks for help! <3
In the New Version of Adobe Captivate (Adobe Captivate 2019 and newer) Insert the Video: Import your video into the Captivate project by selecting Media > Video > Slide Video or Event Video depending on whether you want the video to be embedded in a single slide or span multiple slides. Position and resize the video as needed. Add Interactive Elements: Create question slides or insert interactive elements over the video. These can be done using Quiz > Question Slide for quiz questions or other interactive objects from the Interactions menu. Adjust Timing: Please make sure that the video continues to play by adjusting the timing of the video and interactive elements. The video should not pause when the interactive elements appear. You may need to use the Timing panel to control the appearance and duration of interactive elements, ensuring they overlay correctly without pausing the video. Advanced Actions: Use advanced actions to control the flow. For instance, you can set up triggers that show questions at specific times during the video without pausing.
Yes, you can make list items appear individually in Adobe Captivate. Use the Timeline panel to adjust the start time of each item and sync them with the audio markers you add in the Audio Editor. Apply entrance animations for a smooth appearance, then preview and adjust as needed.
Nice, but there are so many errors that come up with Dall-e. So how do you correct them? For example, there was a butterfly in one of my images. I loved the image, but wanted the butterfly removing. Interestingly, the butterfly is selectable. But how do I remove it. Right clicking - no options. Any ideas? Try it and you will see what I mean when you click one of the four generated images.
When encountering errors or undesired elements in DALL-E-generated images, you might not find direct options for removal or editing within the interface. However, you can still achieve your desired result through a workaround: Download the image: Start by downloading the image that contains the undesired element, in this case, the butterfly. Edit the image: You can use image editing software like Photoshop, GIMP, or online tools like Pixlr or Canva. Import the downloaded image and use the appropriate tools to remove the butterfly. For instance, you might use the clone stamp tool, healing brush tool, or the selection tool combined with the delete function to remove the butterfly seamlessly. Save the edited image: Once you have successfully removed the butterfly and are satisfied with the result, save the edited image. Upload the edited image to DALL-E: Return to DALL-E and upload the edited image. This way, you can continue to generate variations without the undesired element. While this process involves additional steps outside of DALL-E's interface, it allows you to achieve the desired outcome by removing any errors or elements you don't want in the generated images.
Up until today, when I press generate there would be four squares with a wavy pattern as the image is generated. Then once done, you could click an icon on the bottom right of each image which would give you two options, portrait and landscape. Then you would select landscape and it would regenerate the image into 16x9 for you. What happened to this option and why is it different now? Now when I try go to regenerate it shows the same static image of the hourglass like it does here rather than the four images with the wavy patterns as it loads. I really miss how it was before it was so quick and easy to put things into 16x9. Any ideas? Why did this change?
Thank you for your comment. It seems like you’re referring to the image-generation process. The four squares with a wavy pattern you mentioned are placeholders while the image is being generated. Once the image is generated, you can indeed choose between portrait and landscape orientations. However, the feature to automatically regenerate the image into a 16x9 aspect ratio after selecting ‘landscape’ might have been updated or changed. I recommend checking for any updates or changes in the tool you’re using. If the issue persists, you might want to reach out to the support team of the tool for further assistance. Hope this helps
I've been encountering errors consistently throughout the past 7 days, which is quite disappointing. Lately, I've only been able to create one image instead of 4!!. It feels like a poor subscription, as there's not much value for the money
Look for any ‘protection’ or ‘security’ settings and adjust them accordingly. But, Remember to always keep your system’s security in mind and revert any changes after testing if they compromise your protection. Sometimes, simply restarting the application you’re using for image generation can clear up any errors. Let me know for further assistance.

Easy way: 1. Determine the aspect ratio of your desktop background. You can usually find this information in your system settings or by checking the properties of the desktop background image. 2. Calculate the aspect ratio of 1920x1024, which is approximately 1.875:1. 3. Adjust the dimensions of the image to match the aspect ratio of your desktop background while maintaining a resolution of 1920x1024 or lower. For example, if your desktop background has an aspect ratio of 16:9, you can resize the image to 1600x900 to fit the width of 1920 pixels while maintaining the same aspect ratio. 4. Use an image editing tool such as Microsoft Paint or a more advanced graphics editor like Adobe Photoshop to resize the image to the desired dimensions. 5.Save the resized image with the appropriate file format (e.g., JPEG or PNG) to ensure compatibility with your desktop background settings.

@JJONNYREPP How to Use Copilot to Create Amazing AI Images 11.2.24 how to generate image in windows copilot | windows new update 11.2.24 attempting simple basic directions regards creating ad hoc posters or ad hoc paintings in the style of.... rather than Ai and it's unfettered imagination being given free reign... it's a case of some secreted moderator deciding what is or is not allowable. do Ai and it's creativeness is simply refined to suit the tastes of whichever ape feels this or that can be referenced over, say that or this....tiresome!!! i have found that hitler or swastika and rabbis and imams cannot be referenced, whereas popes and western religions can. it doesn't seem to censor references to Asian mysticism but does have issue with hr giger. i would allow, in this instance, free unrestricted play with the Ai archive., to create pop srt etc..why are communistic images allowed and not nazi or generic swastika symbols...i can generate images of communist apes but not naxi ones...why? it wouldn't even allow me to use a charlie chaplin moustache stuck on an ape...maybe computer moderators clamp down on anything remotely interesting...? your computer might proffer up different results. see what you can do with your centre of command. i haven't been able to get Ai to compose a random tune... so the ask me anything tagline is a bit crap...other Ai providers might serve you better than this matronly pap the holier than thou creeps serve me up with. not good. you all need is working over...errr on.
@Sloppiest.Joseph Yes. It is in settings. Please follow: To change the highlight color in the Narrator, 1. Go to Narrator settings by pressing the Windows logo key + Ctrl + N. 2. Then, under Narrator’s voice settings, expand the Show all settings button and select the Highlight color option. 3. You can choose from different colors such as blue, green, red, or yellow. You can also adjust the highlight opacity and thickness. Link: support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/chapter-7-customizing-narrator-ce950246-c915-0d44-9be6-fb474387a285
I'm trying to do this, but I would like to have the image made with specific dimensions, i.e. 3440 x 1440. No matter what I tell Copilot, it always creates the images I want in 1024x1024 resolution. Do you know how to fix this, or is this even possible?
You can resize an image in Paint 3D with the size 3440 x 1440, you can follow these steps: 1. Open the image you want to resize in Paint 3D by clicking on Menu > Insert or right-clicking the image and selecting Edit with Paint 3D 2. Click on the Canvas button in the top menu bar. 3. In the right sidebar, check the boxes for Lock aspect ratio and Resize image with canvas 4. Change the unit from percentage to pixels by clicking on the arrow next to the width and height boxes 5. Enter 3440 in the width box and 1440 in the height box. The image will resize automatically to fit the new dimensions 6. Save the resized image by clicking on Menu > Save or pressing Ctrl+S on your keyboard
@jamieandrick6541 If you open a Nightcafe account, you can upload outside AI images on there, then use the enhance resolution tool to bring it up to 8000 x 8000, it's a credits based system and you need credits to enhance resolution, but you get five free a day and can earn credits in other ways
@@anparlaserbeauty I understand you’re looking for a solution to create designs with a specific aspect ratio like 16:9. While Copilot can’t directly change the aspect ratio of images, there are online tools that can help you adjust images to your desired aspect ratio without cropping important elements. For instance, Phot.AI offers an AI Image Extender that can uncrop and outpaint images, potentially allowing you to achieve a 16:9 aspect ratio. Another option is imagy.app, which provides a straightforward solution for adjusting images to a pre-set 16:9 ratio. Additionally, Kapwing’s AI Image Extender can resize images to various aspect ratios suitable for different social media platforms. These tools use AI to intelligently fill in the additional space when changing the aspect ratio, which can be particularly useful for graphic design, photography, and other creative projects. I hope this helps you find the solution you’re looking for!
@@anparlaserbeautyYour able to have it 16:9 if you go to the actual bing website and tap the copilot from the search bar or download the app. Click the photo you want, let it load, hover over the bottom of the picture and you'll be able to see the option to have the picture that size. Hope this helps!
Hello. How can I use the Text to Voice option for a built in Character for example I want the character Julie to say "Welcome to my course". When I use TTV it shows only Microsoft character voice only. Clicking another option there "Add Voice" starts downloading a large 3 gb file. But after downloading and installing that file, how to use a particular character voice in my slide?
Hi @virendra, You have to restart your system and open Adobe Captivate. Follow the same procedure as mentioned above until Add voice. You will find a newly added voice in your Character voice drop-down. I plan to post a video on this topic shortly. This topic is on my bucket list. Thanks.
@@learningcommunity Thanks for your prompt reply. I tried by restarting the pc and starting All new captivate. But on going to Generate Text to Speech option, it still shows only Microsoft Zira Desktop English (United States). No other voice on drop down. It shows the same old +Add Voice option again. If click it again it starts on browser showing downloading the same large file again.

but there is no way to make the corrections back into Captivate without doing all of this again (without any digital reminders) in Captivate--no round trip. To my thinking, this is tremendously wasteful in the editing process.
Hi, please help with my question. I have 7 shapes on the one slide - each has 3 states: normal, correct, and wrong. I want to count how many shapes are in the correct state and show that number in a score.
@@learningcommunity Thank you for your advice. I have since implemented a rather crude solution where I increment the score when the state is correct and then disable the button
Insert image as per your resize length and width. Then go to library and double click on your inserted image. Import the image actually you want to resize.
