You have the right to hunt and fish, so a license is not required unless you are being paid. If you don't care about your rights, then by all means, pay the government to license your right.
@jacobrobinsonfishing wish I could catch something that big but im in Ct so sizes and species and fishing zones are different I'd be estatic to catch a river monster if i had that option anyways have a great day bud
