Must say. This is Nice property. but i can't buy it as i have recently joined SBI as PO. Maybe after 10 years i can think about it but that time its price will be 3-4x times😂😂
@@wanderer4041 i have just joined the bank and can't take loan for 2 years during probation period and also i am preparing for civil services and if will take a loan then i have to first pay back the loan and then can only leave Bank. Policy is what i am talking about. and yes govt. service people don't get paid well to buy 2 crore property
We show only properties which are loanable. Both Bank and NBFC don't offer loan on any illegal property. They perform a legal and technical check before offering or disbursing any amount on any property and i am sure that on one thing that if a property is loanable its good to go.
Le sakte hai, EWS flats lene ke liye income certificate is a must, But aisa kuch nahi hai ki aapne Income Cerficate Banwa liya toh aap LIG Flat nahi le sakte hai. If an EWS Owner buys a LIG Flat within 6 Months then DDA Might raise a question.
