Honestly what lex did to lana was really messed up. Faking a pregnancy just to get her to stay with him. I am guessing he did this because of what he saw in his vision in episode Lexmas but still. He could have just been a good guy and she probably would have stayed. Although, I kind of like that she didn't end up with a guy, she just was her own woman in the end of the show.
Anastasia is a good girl just in a very toxic self absorbed family. All she wants is to be happy and be in love.
