Your video has encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone. How does Scott Rattigan challenge the conventional wisdom surrounding success in functional medicine, and what alternative approach does he propose? By the way, I operate a dream interpretation channel and would greatly appreciate any advice you have on how to enhance my video content. Scott Rattigan's perspective on the importance of niches in functional medicine was truly enlightening, offering a fresh perspective on achieving success in the field; I've already subscribed to his channel for more insightful content like this!
Hello sir, Your video is really excellent. But I notice that there are some issues in your videos: there are no video tags, no tag volume, no SEO friendly keywords, no ranked tag, your SEO score is 0/100, that’s why you are not getting more views, more subscribers and more likes. So your video is not reaching out to the people. If you want your video to reach out to the people and improve it then you can trust me. I' ve read a couple of these, but i think i will dive into one of hormozi's book's, I've just recently started uploading on yt, and how to win friends and influence people, weirdly enough really helped when talking to the camera!😁Best of luck in your journey, let's keep growing!🚀
I began employment in 2006 as a registered nurse in a nursing home in Fairbanks Alaska where the roof leaked the entire time when it rains or snow melted. Retrospectively, I understand now that my symptoms of insomnia that started in 2010 and grew progressively worse over time and more symptoms came and worsened because of mold toxicity! By October 2021, at the age of 63, I was no longer able to sleep at all but I relied on Jesus for help to sustain me during work! The roof leaked in December 2021 when snow melted for a week. I became extreemly sick with severe night sweats and no fever that lasted a month. But by January 6th I feared that I was going to die if I went to work again! I could mot remember things, and had many problems with excess urination at night with extreem thirst and little urine passing in the day. I developed neurological symptoms of transient paralysis and weakness and incoordination in my legs. The 1st week of January I was able to run down the fall to reach a patient in need faster than my younger coworkers but by the next week, i could barely walk and remain in this condition now. I was refered by a friend to an alternative health clinic where i did get a positive test for mycotoxins. But I was forced into retirement with no workmans comp and the nursing home denied all responsibility that a mold problem existed saying they "always test and there is no problem!" Do you know any legal help for me here in Alaska?
Dear Lord, What a sad story! I suspect that I’m dealing with mold toxicity and I feel weird while walking. I feel as if I am walking with sea legs and feel as if my mind is detached from my body. I’ve never done drugs in my life!
Running a business comes with someresponsibility, which can sometimes feel onerous, for sure. This ADA requirement is a good thing from the viewpoint those with visual, hearing, or other impairments that, without the ADA, prevent them from accessing basic places of public accommodation.
I’ve seen the history of lawyers going after large businesses with deep pockets over ADA violations. Apparently it seems all brick and mortar stores are compliant so they got the regulators to modify the rules to go after websites to create new revenue streams. I agree physical buildings should be accessible but websites? Why can’t they just have a browser plug in to make sites ada friendly translated?
@@talbertreynolds That is a policy decision Congress/DOJ made to place the onus of accessibility on businesses, rather than disabled persons. But the good news is, compliance isn't difficult. You can get very close with a simple plug-in of your own. I like Accessibe: fxmedlaw.com/ADA
It really does feel like some huge scheme. Every "solution" I see on videos like this and many others, features someone all too quick to link you to their partnered website of choice selling a widget/ website accessibility extension with pretty crude recurring monthly payments, considering what's really being offered. An emphasis on accessibility for those that need it, is almost always a good thing, but the way this is unfolding just reeks of greedy hands in every corner you look in..The people suing small businesses, the lawyers involved in these settlements, and these online companies offering ADA compliant widgets. With so many businesses utilizing online webshop services from places like Wix, Godaddy, Lightspeed, etc. You'd think some of this responsibility wouldn't fall solely on the business owners, already paying to use their webpage builder (which as we're seeing, isn't safe from getting hit by this craziness), where the tools provided clearly aren't enough.
-NPs don’t have as much education as physicians -NPs have brief training only to care for minor things -NPs can not refer to themselves as “doctors” because they are not physicians -NPs are paid 1/3 of physician’s salary because they are not physicians -NPs can’t even get support from their own nursing organizations because they are not physicians Meanwhile -NPs are seeing the same patients as physicians, not just patients with minor issues -NPs are giving more time to their patients, ordering more tests, finding cancer/problems missed by physicians -NPs are meeting the growing provider deficit -NPs are increasing access to healthcare for millions of patients -NPs are running physician’s offices and seeing their patients -NPs at specialty offices are seeing patients referred to them by primary physicians -NPs continuously increase patient satisfaction -Etc So, NPs are not good enough, ridiculed, and restricted to use their earned titles when physicians/medical organizations/medical boards/medical universities want to throw their weight around? But when it comes to profits and exploiting NPs it’s ok? How does this make sense? What’s the point of all that education / residencies if you only give patients less than 5 minutes and don’t listen? What’s the point if you have NPs seeing your patients? What’s the point of working alongside NPs and seeing the same patients but getting paid 3x more, then ridiculing NPs, telling them you cant use a title they earned, what’s the point when more patients are requesting to see NPs because they are getting better care?
Yes, I understand it can be frustrating. My goal is to educate providers on the rules, as written, so they stay out of hot water. In California, the law around the use of the title doctor is very clear. Some other states allow DNPs to use the title. At the same time, across the rest of the country, NPs are gaining more and more autonomy to practice on their own, without supervision. So there is some balancing act when viewed as a whole country. Thanks for your thoughtful comment!
I lived 2 and a half years in an apartment, got sick living there ... sciatica, chronic fatigue, sjrogen, joint pain, urticaria.... I moved to another apartment and within 6 months I got better, very healthy but I am now living again in the first apartment and got sick again... I found out this aparment has mold behind the paint ='( (hidden between paint and concrete wall and ceiling). Note: The woman that was renting before me, got sick also with chronic fatigue and sciatica, I was shocked.
It's ironic that chiropractos, acupuncturist, physical therapy, phD, who CANNOT prescribed medications, no furnishing license are called "DOCTOR". But the nurse practitioners can prescribed medication, order any imaging, has furnishing license for DME, Home health and can diagnosed. Chiropractors hire nurse practitioners so their office/clinic can prescribed pain medication, which is a NO NO NO. BTW Nurse Practitioner LISTEN do not work under chiropractos and called them doctor(s). Your callaboration should be with medical doctors (MD) ONLY.... read your practice act.
I need you more then ever. Been calling and asking for months to investigate my #OhioAG Fraud Allegations! I’ve been fighting against now over a year. #ohioworkerscompensation decided to weaponize their SIU/Fraud Debt against me. After I tried to protect myself against what was I was going thru only trying to get my Thoracic Spine Injury fixed and back to work. But unfortunately my ex employer paid #Dinsmore Attorneys Brian Perry and Schlacter. With help from #MCO registered Nurse Jessica W who workers for #Minutemenohiocomp for any Bad Faith practices needed by any Self Insured who’s got the money. #Ohiobwc and #AGYost office is going too far to suppress legitimate #workplaceinjury Claims in #Ohio. When they don’t fire or charge lead agent of the #BWC #FraudDepartment #ShawnFox after he’s been caught and admitted to Removing Important Files from Folders and is allowed to continuously submit falsified/untrue Investigative reports that do nothing but protect the Self-Insureds/Insurance Companies from being held responsible for #Employerinsurancefraud or #Badfaithinsurance practices. The reports so grossly untrue and bias. SA Fox and SA Anderson should be ashamed and embarrassed they submitted the Report into my Claim File 2 business days before my last Hearing @ #Limaohiobwc that of course was denied and they also denied my Appeal’s. So yeah I need yawl to give me a chance to prove the #Felony Charges committed against me over this past 1.5 years now. #PleaseSaveMyLife
Very helpful video!! Don't know if you could answer but my start-up costs are around 4k - single member LLC, sole proprietor. . Do I really have to itemize or can I just take the five thousand start up cost limit and call it done 😂. I do have a 60k W-2 income for deduction.
Will the Florida telemedicine license qualify you to establish a professional corporation in Florida? Do you have to be licensed in Florida to establish a PC?
So Mr Rattigan how much money does HIPAA make from vending medical records? And shouldn't everyone be able to opt out of their keeping your records? I'd rather HIPAA not have a thing of mine. And your medical records can be acquired by any globalist experimenter with med. staff to request said records. Like GMO food producers who can get your records knowing who the purchaser is to see how the experiment is going. My concern is the big pharma conglomerate attacking their enemy, the human immune system, with GMO foods. they currently pay 75% of the CDCs budget and 45% of the FDA budget, the return will be more people to sell meds to. The availability makes the patient vulnerable to globalist and govt. exploitation. Med. records and home titles are two of many things that never need be made available online and those who decided to digitize same should be monetarily liable for misuse. The US navy did thesis on weaponized medicine for over 25 years and no doubt it is in the operational phase now. Healthy people aren't profitable. And sickly folk don't storm the capitol.
Ok so I franchised for a certain amount the company ended up giving me a percentage of that back because they did not come through on their half of the agreement do I claim the initial investment or they took?
I went to an ankle doctor and had Medicaid and asked him before any brace or Medical crutches were given to please contact the insurance phone # on my card. He left for 20 minutes, cause back and said they’d cover it in full. I told him before if they didn’t cover it in full I didn’t want the brace or crutches. However after o got it a month later o got a bill! I called my insurance and they said the doctor never called them or checked with them on that day! He knew I had a bipolar disorder and this was my first independent doctors visit and lied to me because I have a disability. Do I contact a specific f office for this false information he gave me and if so can I file a complaint for discrimination?
So, should the DO specify I'm not a Doctor of Medicine? They are not MDs. The irony is Medical Doctors borrowed the term from PhD's in academia. Long before physicians monopolized the practice of medicine. I see this as an attack on Nurse Practitioners who are seen as a threat by the AMA.
If a client spent $5,000 in travel/ advertising costs, and $5,000 in organizational costs, is the allowable deduction $10,000? Or is $5000 the max deduction before amortizing?
mostly I see this with Chiropractors. You often have to search the website, and it isn’t always obvious. No one seems to be going after them. California is not that friendly to NPs as it is, you have to have a physical collaborator.
Yes, of course. In many (if not all) states, most of those professions and others are explicitly permitted to refer to themselves as "doctor" or "physician" but may have other clarification rules as well. The key point is: be proud of your accomplishments and training; but be transparent.
@@FunctionalLawyer Yep, it is strange that other professionals can use the term Dr., such as those mentioned above, but not the NP, who has also earned the title. However, it is understandable that most NPs practice in collaboration with MDs, DOs, and other healthcare team members and in places of shared practice, which most likely causes a lot of confusion for patients. The bottom line, however, is == that the law is the law, and if one does not have the education and license to call oneself a doctor at the bedside, one should not be doing so.
Florida allows NPs to practice autonomously if they meet certain education and training criteria. Most qualify. Check with the FL Board of Nursing for requirements.
This video was very useful for me thank you so much now I understand how I need to write my terms of service for the product that I made for people to invite to servers
