Build internal tools, remarkably fast. Stop wrestling with UI libraries, hacking together data sources, and figuring out access controls. Start shipping apps that move your business forward.
External App pricing is really bad. If I have over 500 external users I have to pay $3,500 PER MONTH. That is absolutely wild, and is the reason why I can't build on Retool.
I like the design of Retool's workflow nodes and would like to create something similar for our internal app. Do you offer a library, similar to React Flow, that provides this functionality?
Now trying to figure out how to extract data from the PDF using AI and have it returned in JSON format, so it can be used to pre-fill fields on the page. Tried to update the prompt to return in json format but not much luck in terms of consistency
If you can share this demo project with the views, it would be really helpful to try them out firsthand. When I watched it, there were some parts that I still couldn't understand. It would be very easy to grasp if you could share this project. ⚒
Thanks for this, very impressed by the easiness. What about building a book recommendation app on top of this inventory database, using user input to pick books from a selection of books (the books in your inventory)? Is there any tutorial available to build such an app?
Thank you for sharing the best practices on Design for the Internal Tool. We consistently apply best practices to deliver top-quality results with Retool for our clients.

If you had a grammar check tool with an API, you could build a Retool query for that API that checked the output of any other query before being displayed!
