This is NOT the recommended way of using the zeiss lens wipes. First you want to keep the wipe folded, use the soft end to gently brush away the dust without applying any pressure on your own accord, then you unfold and wipe in small circles
Great review of the bag, I feel like you definitely covered a lot of issues I had not though about but make a lot of sense. I personally feel the BIGGEST flaw in this bag is its stand-up ability, all camera bags should stand when put down and this one does not. For the price of this bag that is a big failure. I made a comment on the Shimoda video about the price and the Shimoda rep kind of jested about how it was the price it was so they could stay in business, I found that was not funny and also imo not true. I have the Action X40 and it is fantastic I cannot say enough good things about that bag, but I can't understand why a bag made with much less material and features is in the same point bracket as the Action x. Keep making great content this video was fantastic, Cheers.
YES. I realized I forgot to add that after I uploaded and did the whole video. But that is another issue. I took it to Croatia and had to always sit it in a seat in the airport because it doesn’t stand up by it self. And for this price point? That’s a lot of stuff that’s missing
@@TheAdamToyif you want the bag to stand on it’s own and don’t mind losing the rain fly, take it out and stuff some socks between the bag and the cube towards the front. It will give the bag more stability so it can stand on its own (sometimes).
@@hasenmyer that's definitely an idea that can work sometimes but I think the point was more that a bag at this price point should have that as a baseline requirement.
If you use a Micro SD card with more storage than the phone's internal storage, will the phone slow down? (Eg- Phone Internal Storage 64GB + 128GB or 256GB Micro SD Card)

Interesting! Thanks for that! I do know they send out an email when about people complaining about a chalky texture when they shipped. So I wanted to include this. I appreciate your help!
@@TheAdamToy like a detailed video on this like mounting in different positions and its use outside cars with phones, and gopro diverse divices. showing its compatibility. and use. there are very less or no video about this product on entire youtube
Excellent - I agree, the Pocket 3 is very good to talk to without feeling awkward. In general, it has a low profile. I did the same experience too when Vloging with a compact camera, such as the ZV1 or the RX 100 VII. A bigger camera is overkill nevertheless. And as you say, practice, practice, get out of the comfort zone, get used to it slowly. Btw, as it seems, you record in 24 fps? Then I would avoid fast panning at all costs, it makes the viewer feel dizzy :)
I agree! I think when you have these great small compact cameras, if you’re gonna vlog, that’s the way to go! I did shoot this in 24FPS! For most of these I do, so if I mix in my a7iv, it’s the same frame rate. Good call! Maybe I’ll try a different frame rate, don’t need y’all getting dizzy!
Great vid man. I’ve been meaning to take pictures more, but getting myself to do it is hard. Your tip is not something that I really thought about. Thanks for the tip.
bro, I suck at video lol that’s why I have the RU-vid channel so I can practice my videos and editing. Long story short I’m just having fun with my channel and sharing my images.
Same. It’s different if it’s from a HIGH END version of the cameras, but if it’s entry level… my mind INSTANTLY SCREAMS: “BRUTHA EWW, WHATS THAT BRUTHA?!”
Thank you for the video insightful out of all things for starting out photographers and videographers or even those who want to progress in the industry
