You cleaned the filter incorrectly. The air flow is from the inside (center) if the filter to the outside then through the air box to the cabs. running the water from the inside out you pushed the dirt deeper into the filter. You should spray the cleaner on the inside and run the water from the outside to flush the dirt out of the inside (AIR intake side) of the filter.
Сколько лет прошло, а с Ураловскими фильтрами такая же морока... Ну, хорошо, что не контактно-масляные ставят теперь! :)Хотя, по-моему, на мотоцикле за 800 000 рублей фильтр должен меняться/обслуживаться за 1 минуту))
