My hair is white and I find that a lot of oils have a yellow tint, which tints my white hair. I have high porosity hair. What oil do you recommend to avoid yellowing hair?

I am using moroccanoil. It the best for dry black hair. Maintain the hair soft which is not the case with others products. It is a little expensive but at least you have something that works. I buy it in Amazon. The small one cost around $18. The big one cost $48 and I just got that one because I want to use it with my daughter. 😊😊
Thank You Karen!!!!! You have been a game-changer for my hair. 1st, I know put the shampoo on my scalp. So, my hair is growing a lot faster. I guess it can get through the follicles now. 2nd. You said moisturize twice daily. Now, sometimes I forget or don't feel like it but I do at least once a day. My hair stays hydrated all the time and the humidity affects it less. 4th, I style it differently every day. Another game-changer. My hair looks beautiful all the time. I was not changing my hairstyle. Again, thank you so much. I spend less time on my hair outside the routine maintenance.
I didnt get hormone therapy because of cancer issues...my hair was fsirly long but thinning...(its natural) but wasnt growing staying same length and really dplitting badly...everybodys like why you cutting all that hair? But it didnt feel healthy...so i cut it wrongly...now im praying and staying hopeful it will grow back. Im post meno, have seb derm, and diabetes! Lol God willing!
Do need shave my head completely if I have this condition. I go to see the dermatologist tomorrow. I am not sure what type or alopecia that I have but believe it came from pulling my hair into the afro drawstring ponytail. When I look at my breakage; its right in the center where that afro ponytail was placed. I also have eczema going on at the same time.
@@supremefire31xd88 hey there! If you have traction alopeica (from the tension from the ponytail) then you don’t have to cut it all off. Once you address the inflammation (assuming the follicles are inflamed) and any other treatment your dermatologist recommends then the hair will regrow where you have viable follicles.

I find my schedule changes: sometimes its every day, once it was every 3 days. Some days my hair like water, the next day it becomes rough with the toich of water. Im not understanding the chaos...

Thanks so much for this video, I think we all needed it! It's so easy to focus on the negative that we forget sometimes the progress we've made so far! My hair was barely ear length two years ago and now it's almost shoulder length. Even though my crown and edges are still thin due to alopecia I'm believing that the Lord can heal those areas too! By the way, do you happen to know of any good beauticians in the Raleigh, NC area that have experience dealing with alopecia? Trying to find one has been quite a challenge.

There are days I get so frustrated, and think about going back to the "cream crack", and I have two nice coworkers and a nice brother who talk me out of it! And when I'm at my lowest, I grab your book and read a few pages over again. And as I keep on the journey, I've noticed extra thickness, more so than I ever had with perms! I love you, Karen!
