My journey is going pretty well. I take dose #11 of 2.5mg tonight and have 1 more week left of 2.5mg. I will move up to 4mg. I've "only" (I write only loosely) lost 6lbs but I really didn't expect to lose even that much on 2.5mg esp since I have insulin resistance & metabolic syndrome. I'm okay with super low and slow. This morning was the first time i've weighed myself since starting. I'll probably only do it monthly. I still have 49lbs to go....it'll be interesting to see how 4mg treats me in a few weeks. I've also begun taking something called Lipo-C this week. I'll be dosing with that Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. edit: MAJOR congrats on being so close now to maintenance. edit 2: acpeptides offers something called Sermorelin.....I might research this more but looks like something I might want to add eventually.
Your accent is so cute. I’ve noticed that I can’t finish Diet Cokes anymore. I used to drink several a day, now I’ll have a sip or two and it just goes bad. It’s so interesting. I’m in week 7 I think, and down 16 pounds.

Hi Queen. I mention in most of my weight loss videos the importance of watching my mixing videos. I don't recommend mixing for newbies on Glp1s. AC Peptides offers research peptides. They aren't compounded and ready-to-use like the pharmacy sends. It is important that you understand how to properly calculate the amount of bac water for each dose. Once you watch the videos and feel comfortable, you can decide if you still want to go that route. Hope this helps. ❤

Thank you so much. You're only on a very low dose for the first few months. As your dose increases, the food noise should go away. I haven't struggled with getting hungry much at all on glp1s. I didn't eat large amounts of food to begin with, though. I've been on glp1s for about a year, so my dose is on the higher end. I have to make sure that I don't actually forget to eat now. 😂

Thank you so much. You got this! Try making adjustments to your fluids, meals, and making sure you move your body 3 to 4 days a week. Doesn't have to be anything too strenuous. Those adjustments really do trick your body into breaking those annoying stalls. Intermittent fasting also helps me.
You’re so right. I was addicted to sugar! Like give me all the cakes lol. I’ve definitely had to change my diet. I will get acid reflux really bad, I’ve cut out sugar and I drink lots of water
Same here. I loved sweets before this journey. Now I'll have something every once in a while. Some sweets are actually too sweet for me now. Certain things give me the worst Sulphur burps. Changes are definitely necessary.
Awesome. Yes, definitely stay close to God. People sometimes hurt and betray us, leading to our hearts turning dark. Always watch your heart posture. Don't allow people to make you bitter and angry.

Just select it as though you are going to order, and you'll see pricing for each item. If you haven't watched my mixing videos please do, or else you'll be highly confused ordering. You need a certain amount of peptides and bac water per dosage. You have to mix it yourself.

That's a really difficult situation to experience. Sometimes we face situations like that because it's not where we're supposed to be. Definitely start placing more focus on your own happiness. When I did that I finally began seeing positive changes in my life.
