Hey there, lovely people! I'm Jordan, and I'm thrilled to invite you to take a peek inside my candle world! I'm the proud owner of Chill, Babe Candle Co, which I launched in September 2022. And let me tell you, it's been a wild ride!
But here's the fun part - I'm opening up the curtains and letting you in on all the juicy details! Think behind-the-scenes footage, candle-making tips, and videos that'll transport you to a peaceful oasis whenever you need it most.
So, grab a snack (may I suggest some popcorn?) and kick off your shoes because we're about to chill, babe!

Sorry, one more question! Does Pirate Ship, and/or Shopify inform you when a package has been delivered? Or do I have to manually go in and track the shipment? Thanks!
So when you send out an order, if you go to your order page on Shopify, there's a section where it will show if the order has been delivered. You'll see the order number along the left side, but if you look towards the top of that section you'll see things like "order number, date, customer, channel" ect. If you look under delivery status, you can see if your order is in transit or delivered. I hope that helped!
I have a question about International shipping. I have the cheapest Shopify plan. I plan on using Pirate Ship to ship internationally to give my customers the best price. Does Pirate Ship add in all the duties and taxes when giving rates? Do you need to have any forms in a clear envelope on the outside of the box for customs, or is the shipping label sufficient? Thanks!
When it comes to customs, Pirate Ship gives you a section to fill out! I haven't needed to put anything other than the shipping label on the packages yet. As for the customers, they won't be able to see how much they'll possibly have to pay for duties. What I do is I have a Shipping policy page on my website that says the customer is in charge of paying duties.
This was so helpful!! Thank you so much for being thorough and explaining more than just connecting Pirate Ship to the Shopify account. You have answered my question I have been having on how in the world do I get the Pirate Ship rates to show up on Shopify for my customer to see....I have to add in it myself!!
@@indyeverything What type of wax did you use? If you used soy wax or a blend, I suggest letting them sit for at least 7 days. You could get away with though.
