no i think the real problem here is your thinking method, who tf gets a truck damn near 10 years plus then say don't by a used truck my guy when you buy any used vehicle you stay within 2 years and if the mileage is under 30,000 3 but any after that is junk LMAO your nuts
I say the only exception to buying a used truck is the person's ability to inspect a truck FULLY & getting a REAL pre purchase inspection from A to Z...to avoid falling in a money pit.... otherwise agreed to with a new truck to take advantage of warranty & rebates especially if a dealer is dropping their MRSP & having upfront discounts...win wib
Bro, u da man, u spit game and hustle hard!! I've watched a lot of your videos!!! I can tell u take pride in your work, but your worker didn't have the same mentality as u clearly!!!
I really think you can find a GOOD (NON-chain) auto/marine parts along your route to get parts. I'd even think that truck stops such as Love's would have stuff like your breakaway cable & grease cap. Why take a chance on little stuff attracting DOT? Plus, Learn to replace/adjust your brakes yourself and save some $$
Auto parts stores and truck stops do not have grease caps or break aways. Grease caps are going to come off studs are going to break lights are going to mess up etc. if you stop every time there’s a minor issue your business won’t survive. It’s best to keep a mini parts store with you not count on a store along your route hotshot is a niche market most stores won’t have what you need. I service my own equipment when my down time permits and put my equipment in the shop when it doesn’t I also want to show a service history with a reputable shop should the FMCSA ever choose to do another safety audit
IMHO its no ones business what you charge or make. Competitors will use your rates against you, your content is good and you seem pretty straight up but keep what you make to yourself.
Thnx welcome to the channel. I do it for transparency for those wanting to get in the industry and a way to encourage others to charge more. Getting these rates up is a collective effort
The hill only factor for large reputable companies that already have a in-house factoring option. They’ll offer the option for quick pay at a discounted rate. They won’t factor for dealers, private customers or smaller brokers
What’s good brother! Just starting off this car hauling journey. It’s crazy I got got by TFI my first week in! Big scammers requesting a BIN plate picture that I missed but transported the vehicle in great condition safely. I told them I can get letter of receipt from the customer who I’m in contact with and they’re still playing games! Love your content 💪🏾💯
Please tell me why out of all of those techs there why one of them didn't pull the fuse or relay for the electric parking brake after you got them released the first time? Future reference you can jump power to the pins on the relay to release them.
@HOTSHOTSAINT i do the same shit you do for a living. Been at it for 7 years now. Buy a power probe. You can run it off your jump pack. Study a little on vehicle wiring diagrams. It comes in handy in cases like this. The newer the car the more pain In the ass they are. Good luck to you man and safe travels.
