Thanks ms Kaithlyn, it is very informative tool for new techs so what i do as a senior clinical lab instructor for new techs, the compiled data pictures are very visually retentive to understand and re review ....along with the tedious manual, this is instructionally coherent, once the new tech had read the manual and had these summarized shots of the actual sequential events captured by reliably clear INSTRUCTORSHIP....the best guide for our well trained techs is really to orient them the parts, loci of points through HANDS ON EXPERIENCE...by this time, lots of techs and CLS are thanking you...hope you download more on troubleshootings and report checking, dilution factors panic values and QC calibration lots incoherence results...God bless
