I was 12 when I became a fan. 50 years old and I'm remembering 1994, Pusan Korea. Black Flag, Exploited......and Siouxsie (this song included) bootleg cassette tapes and drunk Lazer tag. Korea was cool.
I remember being at a party back in the 90s when this episode was on. My friend and I thought it was cool that my favorite band & her favorite band were in the same episode. (Hers being Pantera, who is also in this episode.) Still as hilarious today as it was then.....
Her hair and look lol it used to be reserved just for rockers and punks, but nowadays everyone's got a massive tattoos nose rings and looking like shit.

god shes so awkward, i am so in love with her. shes just so genuine. as she gets older she gets more of that star charisma and persona and i love her then too but this- this is just brilliant

Standoff interviews are so refreshing. I can't watch new bands being interviewed. I'd watch LATHE OF HEAVEN and WARRINGTON-RUNCORN... but that's about it.
I love their integrity in this interview, they aren't giving this guy anything they don't want to share.. He's diving way too deep into their psyche and they're like "We're too traumatized about our crappy past and frankly some things are better left unsaid, especially on camera.. so piss of will ya?"
She probably got the same damn questions all the time. What did your dad do for a living... Remember ppl this is 40 yrs ago Olivia Newton Johns Let's Get Physical was a big hit This is pre Madonna exploding with Like a Virgin . Siouxsie's look was not the norm. To us nowadays it just looks like some makeup and black hair. Then no it was all about Preppy, Yuppies and The Disco era had just phased out like 4 yrs before this. You know how many times she got oh her Dad's a Snake Dr that's why she looks like this , & that's why she must sing these type of songs. I do notice watching a lot more interviews as time went on, she got way more comfortable with her "fame." The interviewers & questions got better and not so generic. She learned to have fun and be a bit more playful. Everyone is so quick to think (I looked and dressed a lot like her👆in highschool) that if you look like this you've got to be strange. Some ppl think your deliberately trying to look like this or that. My mom use to say it's like you're purposefully trying to look unattractive. I mean really I was trying to express myself & to each their own. Like I said before, I did notice Siouxsie's look got a bit softer & her attitude did too,as time went on . It sometimes comes with age, she had the same quick wit & personality, but just a bit softer I'm tired of ppl calling her ICE DIVA blah blah go away!
