Man, that shrek 2 scene was so badass as a kid, and may I say, it’s still kinda badass! Edit: and the song itself. I genuinely enjoy a lot of older music, but there aren’t a lot of older songs that get me pumped up. This song is one of the exceptions. It really gets the blood flowing and makes me feel like storming a castle!
I know that she must take unimaginable efforts (and her talent and passion from beginning, of course) to be on such level of singing capability, but to me it is still sooo astounding that she handles a lot of difficult songs with no sweat, like wtf

"Anyone else think of Shrek when they hear this song?" Sadly, no. I think of Saints Row the Third, where the end game quest breaks, and you're stuck listening to this song loop until you figure out you have to re-do the entire frigging mission to fix it.
