I remember the actor looked at me from upstairs, before the show started, so I tried to back away but I backed into my mom and some other woman. I couldn't escape... 😞 I had to do it, I made everyone laugh tho🥲 The actor also really pulled it off, he had the accent, the hair, the makeup, the insane-ish look, and just that real vibe. I loved him, he did good.
I would love this but I'm 6'8" man. It would look really goofy. I wish this kind of place existed when I was young Harry Potter fan in the mid to late 2000's.
My teenage daughters just got selected to do this today! They called me, over the moon, and I was like “What did you do?” This is very cool, happy for them. Seems like a great experience
Totally discussed with these people ,they tell you you are going to see a small show about how the wand chooses you and some one is asked (a child) to come forward. Finally they find the wand for the said child and they say he was choose. And they Give the child the wand.Imagine the happiness of the child at being the chosen one. Then as you leave the shop You are told you have to pay70 DOLLARS for the wnd
It would be different if they planned on buying one already but I get your point, go in to see the show, they pick your kid out and now you're forced to buy the wand or break your kids heart...
I was chosen for this when I was a kid, and it's honestly one of the best things I've ever experienced. I actually came into the shop planning to just buy a wand, I didn't know it was a whole show, so when I was told I got picked and realized I'll have my own unique wand I was very excited. I paid for it myself, and still have it to this day. Best 50 dollars I've ever spent.
