@@FishThenRide That's what I thought it was Australia judging by the signs and the left side of the road, a bit of geoguesser experience hehe but I'm more concerned with what region it is - greetings from Poland mate!
im not a bike dude. not even a revhead. but shit i know classic when i see it. beats the hell out of modern replica junk. good luck. looks beautiful!!!!
Hey thats pretty awesome. Definitely getting one this year. That header/fairing, though, does it make much difference to the air flow? I'm looking at BikeSales (Queensland), so, i guess thats after-market? Cool vid. No crap music.
Awesome footage!! 🤩 And that one bull sharks 🦈 definitely was swimming pretty close over and over again checking you out and the one “attacking” the chest in full speed. That one is definitely a biter. 🙈 I wouldn’t be this calm with bull sharks 🦈 around 😅
Yeah it was an awesome experience! The footage was slowed down in places like where the shark raced in to attack the box so it was even more intense at the time🙂
Damn. You fellas forced me to visit the Kawasaki dealer today. Farken RU-vid......cements bad ideas into one's mind. 🤣🤣 Great video mate. That is a beautiful bike. Ps. how do you find wheeling it around the shed/yard? I'm 66yo, 65kg and heaps of broken body parts in a few cycling accidents and don't have the body strength I had as a 23yo chippie with the last bike.
I am about to start riding .I have a question for any body who can answer , when start the bike I hold the clutch all the way place the bike on first gear give gas and release the clutch half way ,when place the bike on second gear I do the same as above but I totally release the clutch . So what I want to know half clutch is used only on the first gear right ?
That’s not really right. You will need to master “feathering” the clutch on a manual bike (just like a manual car). It’s essential to riding whether it’s 1st or 2nd gear, but essentially yes in higher gears you will not need to feather or “half clutch” the bike. You are going to do a learner rider course though right? They will explain it a lot better.
Remove the baffle and you will notice a blanking plate on the end of the tube. Drill a 3/4” hole through the end and slot the holes around the outside to 30mm long👌👍
Best review I’ve seen mate. Paid a deposit on a SE yesterday. Added full Akropvic and quick shifter. Also, I’d like to post RU-vid videos as you do. Merry Christmas to you and yours brother!.. Wishing you the very best for many fine years ahead… You made comment of our younger days, and have to agree that back in the 70,s / 80’s theses were the bikes that always attracted my attention purely based on sound. Best sounding bikes ever in my opinion.
I was searching for a bike of this style that can be used it as a war machine, not afraid of dirt roads... I saw Harley's and I don't know, I feel them very fragile for this kind of tough life... maybe it's just my mind, but they seem like a museum motorcycle, not a hardcore ride on any path... What about reliability of the scout bobber? If I buy one, I hope the brand doesn't become extinct like Victory...
Incredible reliability, heaps of power, very ordinary suspension and comfort, look fantastic and trust me they are not going to do what Victory did. Rumour has it that Victory were always going to be sacrificial specifically to test the market as part of Indians come back. Indian are here to stay💪
@FishThenRide what an amazing answer brother, you gave me the confidence that I was looking for in 2 ways, 1 in your video, and 2 with your reply. I appreciate a lot your time and I'm grateful that you cleared my mind. I enjoyed your video a lot, sometimes I come to imagine I'm riding mine, hopefully soon... wish me luck. Keep riding free, keep flying high my man, thanks a lot
Sounds excellent. Have a '22 blue Z just like it. No header tho. Just got back from a 2,000 mile (3200km) trip to Sonora Pass in California with my brother on his VStrom. Z ran perfect. Australia looks like a rider's paradise. Better than Idaho weather for sure. Another month and my bikes get put away till late March.Snow and ice don't go well with bikes. Leaving today for one last 3 day trip. Enjoy that beautiful Z.
Thanks yeah sounds even better in person. Glad to hear your trip went well and if you do ever get to Australia most of the best rides are down south- NSW, Victoria and Tasmania. Enjoy your z🙂👍
They are custom made beach bars not the Indian version but very similar. It definitely improves the comfort but if you’re really after comfort buy a Springfield🙂👍
my 2022 indian scout [stolen 2023] had standard exhaust didnt sound as nice as this one now i saving up for another bike as no insurance on bike i get harley or another indian but second hand cant afford new one again since scum bags stole mine
Thanks, yeah its the genuine Kawasaki one. Keeping it on for now but have Chic Design Road Comet fairing ordered. The more i look at this small Kawasaki one the more i like it though 🤔
