Was excited to get a stylus for my 10th gen iPad, but the Crayon, while a nice stylus, doesn’t have pressure sensitivity, which is really a deal breaker for me as I need line variations when digitally inking my comic. Wasted $$$ buying the Crayon. Apple Pencil 1st gen’s flaw is if the battery dies, it’s just a worthless piece of plastic.
This is not a graphics art program. Way too concerned with what it looks like, and even after 7 minutes typing text into a note still not covered. Very poor in my opinion
Great comparison! I currently own a Kindle Oasis, but am thinking about buying an iPad Mini for PDF reading. I understand PDFs might get a little squeezed, but I like the smaller form factor.
Hey, great video, I got a doubt tho, how do I disable the 'refresh-at every page's feature? There is a dedicated section for that in settings, but it is not helpful, do you have any suggestions?
Perhaps this isn't what you had in mind, but I would like a tutorial that takes a moment for me to look at your video, look and touch my kindle, and then look back to the video for the next step without having to hit the pause button on the video. Also, there are certain basic things I don't see. How did you get to the screen to disable touch settings, for example? What part of the Kindle to touch when you finished a book and want to go to the main screen? I could not try to work my kindle and watch the video at the same time, and I would like that.
Very helpful video, super well organized with good chapters. 2:10 Do you know if there's a way to lock the screen from auto rotating 180 degrees? I want the top of the screen to always be where the power button is no matter what way I turn the Kindle
I have an old ipad 6th gen with ios 17 - does it worth to buy apple pencil 1st gen to hand write to teach online or my handwriting won’t be neat or clear enough ?
I write music on a self made music sheet. When I want to print (or share by email) my music sheets, it doesn't print my template but only my notes. Why doesn't it print the template?
First and foremost, thank you so much for taking your time out to make this video. I had this oasis for a little while now, and finally, today, I learned all the tricks and tips. You should see the excitement 😃
I have the paid app and cannot change the color or design of the tape either. Still love the feature though. Using it for my nursing program to study and take notes.
Just got mine in the mail today. ru-vid.comUgkxhcEDB3r-OJ3_X5hQzr7k1ZofTQy1ao_U The corners of the box was a little smashed but I think that’s more of the shipping’s fault. iPad was in perfect condition though. I ordered the yellow one thinking it was going to be a bright vibrant color. Instead I looks like more of a Gold color. I personally prefer the gold look. Definitely not disappointed but just a heads up to the ones expecting a brighter cream of yellow.
is there another app that does this? i cant afford the yearly/monthly subscription of notability. One time payment wouldve been fine but im a student who lacks alot of funds
Congrats on the new laptop! I'm looking at getting a new Macbook Air too. I'm a longtime windows user but I'm not happy with the way my windows have laptops aged (significant slow downs and fans run harder). Also I don't like the direction Microsoft has taken in Windows 11. I'm just hanging out for the Apple WWDC in early June to see if the rumored Macbook Air 15 launches because I'd love just a bit more screen real estate without having to plug in an external monitor.
