I just go my Jag and ran into the same problems. Mine did not come with the rack. I want to buy one but it's not shown on the web site for this model. No response to my emails about that. I put the front headlight on the forward side of the fork cross brace instead of the back like is shown on the video. I have a red "O" ring floating alone on the right fork tube. Any one have an idea what that's for? Good luck with customer "service" :-) kind of an oxymoron, no?
Hey Bill, you can buy that rack through their chat module. It's the only thing it is good for. I bought those and the bags that go on them. They can send you pics via the chat window. It all comes from China but good quality. Customer service is awful but great bike. Red O ring? Yep us too. No clue.
I've stayed in Junior Suites on a few different Royal Caribbean ships but have never had one as small as the ones on Enchantment. I learned not to waste my money on a junior suite when the balcony rooms are only minimally smaller.
We never had an ounce of noise we could hear when we were inside the room with the slider closed. If you were out on the balcony late you could hear some but it was not bad. As to soot, I read the same reviews but we did not experience it ever. We loved the room, LOVED the balcony and our steward was the bomb. There was some weather through the triangle and it was bouncy being right on the back but it was 3am and we went back to sleep once we figured out the captain was hauling butt through it. I would do it again. Same cabin. Buy buckets of beer and spend time on the balcony.

thank you for the great tour of EOS 7166. Hubby and I wil be staying in that room in a few month. 2 questions: is there a lot of noise that comes up from the night club down stairs at night? Is there a soot problem on the balcony due to the aft location? Thanks.
