Wow after a looong loong time I went for twenty minutes belly workout otherwise not more than fifteen minutes a day I go for a belly workout now time for back stretching ! Just completed my 104th of belly workout today excluding 16 resting days ! So 120 days means exactly four months of persistent belly workout I must have given 30 minutes per day for first two months then fifteen to ren minutes per day for rest two months where I included stretch workouts ! After first two months I could literally see my abs lines and hence thirty minutes per day persistent workout without any rest day in between definitely give you very effective toned belly result also entire body toned result in just twenty days but the effect loses if you reduce the workout out time like it happened with me it's toned but best toned in first two months where I used to give thirty minutes a day for belly workout not just my tummy my arms and entire body thighs legs were toned and glowing ! Now time for back stretching !
