I have this mower as well for 5 years. I love it only issue is the baffle that holds front axle in place is plastic and breaks overtime. Mower is made by MTD amd they do still make the part but costs about "$40 . Its a known issue. They only made this model for 1 year but if u look on Lowes website u can still find reviews and multiple people have had issues with the front axle bafflle.
This is mis information... I did exactly what he said. You have to apply pressure to the back of the socket, if not it spreads them apart. You have to drop the map light console in order to apply the pressure needed. FYI.
Well, obviously since I didn't drop the console, but I easily installed the new LED bulbs my scenario was true. However I know that if you try to reinstall the old original halogen bulbs you may in fact have to remove the console because they are much smaller and the socket does move around a lot. The LED bulbs are so much longer and wider they just slid right in for me.
Hello midwest Phil, so you said radio would not turn off when u opened the door. Would it stay on for hours? Or did it turn off after a while? Just curious Thanks for the video!!
not many men reviews on this website.. i had the problem of finding something i liked also.. ill post a review myself thursday or friday. very excited to see what my creation has turned out to be
No I have not, mainly because the footwell lights have just the right amount of brightness, not too much but I can still see anything I might drop that lands in my foot space.
Great video. I noticed it seemed to want to bog down some on the passes. Did you add anything to clean the carb? It’s hard to find these mowers out anywhere. I just got the TBW23XP. Just pull and worked great. Waiting for my new grass to come in to try it out. Seems like the front axle is a main issue on this type mower.
@@midwestphil2271 I am spraying the bottom of my mower so the grass just washes off. I work in the mower business. These mowers are a best seller for my company.(TBWC23xp) We have gotten any of the models like you got. I’m trying to find one.. just to have one.. my garage is getting full 😛
Thanks for the sure. Boy, you're not wrong on the "expect damage" if shipped from a retailer. Among 3 I purchased, every single one had some type of issues (deep gouges, keel shaved off from dragged, punch/dents).
SCAM ALERT! I recently had a disappointing experience with Glamira. I ordered a ring online and paid $50 extra for shipping to receive it by a certain date. However, it arrived nearly 2 weeks late without a refund for the additional shipping charge. When I received the ring, it wasn't what I expected and so I returned it well within the allotted 60-day period as per their return policy. However, Glamira disputed this fact and claimed that I returned it late. Additionally, they claimed that I had removed a plastic tag from the ring which made it ineligible for return. This policy was not mentioned prior to my return request or I wouldn’t have removed it. Glamira does not operate with integrity and will make up any excuse not to accept returns. Overall, my experience with Glamira was not great. Their customer service left something to be desired and their return policy is a scam. I would advise others to be cautious if considering doing business with this company. Thanks for nothing Mark Ronald, Customer Representative #DobetterRonald. #DobetterGlamira
Also it would be nice if you added a long rope to the bow of the kayak so you could just push the kayak in the water and pull it back to shore without stepping in the water. I do have one on mine and it helps to position the kayak alongside a dock or shore.
My Old Town 106 PDL has been sitting for 1 year. A few days ago I bought a new kayak trailer. You have some great ideas and I even have a dead battery box similar to yours. I am watching all the kayak videos I can and getting ready to get in the boat. Happy New Year.
My drive cable came unattached from the top handle. I cant figure out how to reattach it. Would you be willing to send me a picture of where the drive cable attaches to the top handle?
Great video that’s given me the motivation to jump into kayak fishing! I’m 62 and 200 lbs. and thought I was too old and too fat to partake in this recreational sport. I sold my boat a few years ago and have had a hankering to get back on the water but don’t want the hassle that comes with a boat, motor and trailer. Thanks again!
hello, congratulate you on your video, did you have a doubt that ring is Glamira No Rush? I would like to know if the ring is open inside and you can see the stone or if it is closed and you can't see it. that is, if the stone is in contact with the skin or not. Thank you so much . a greeting
For the higher carat gems and diamonds. you get to choose, most of them are natural and the ones you can't choose are natural by default because of their carat size.
Thank you for your review. I've ordered my engagement ring for my partner and never heard of them before. I hope I get a box like yours its a good idea
I fish catch and release but if I was going to keep any fish I would use a stringer, cooler, or fish basket. There is alot of room in the stern for a good size cooler
Hello Phil. I am new to this sport and am considering the C-Tug for a Sportsman 106. In another video, the C-Tug seems to fit fine, but you claim that you had to make a modification. Before I pull the trigger on this cart, I would like to ask what the extent of the modification was. Thank you.
That mod I made was pretty simple. It was just 2pcs of 1.25 pvc covered with pipe insulation tied to the cart with wire ties. I've used it alot and it's still working great
I agree on needing to get in the water to launch your boat. However, I don’t understand how those shark boots keep your feet dry unless you’re talking about 3 inches of water. Also, what about when you step in mud? Do they stay on your feet?
Hey Phil. I am also in the Omaha area. I am looking for a pedal kayak. I was looking at the Lightning Strike HD but have seen issues with water coming up through the drive port for heavier people. I weigh 260lbs and don't want to worry about that. So, my question is, you mentioned you got this kayak from Bass Pro. Did you have to order it or did they have it in stock? Thank you in advance for your time. Great video. Cody
Also I would recommend you buy directly from Old Town if it's at all possible. BP removes the protective cardboard, installs the seat, inspects for damages but does not put the cardboard back on. It's then shipped to a local BP shop for you to pickup. Mine received some dings along the way.
Me and you weigh about the same.. when you're pedaling at a good pace do you have water coming up from the drive? I have mine locked all the way down like the kayak dealer told me to do.. and he even said that's people's problem with water coming up.. they don't lock it down right ha.. but mine is definitely locked down correct. But when I goo at a good pace I got some water flooding up.. but when I stop it drains out like you said.. but I'm wondering if it should be coming in at all..? Maybe cause we are bigger guys??
Well, I saw a few reviews where the certifications were confirmed by a jeweler. I know a little bit about metals, my silver ring is silver, the blue Topaz stone is still bright, clear, beautiful. I really abuse jewelry, I'm a guy that's forgets to take off the rings and watches. My ring is holding up really well.
