Sleep is probably the most important. Caffeine not as much, I drink coffee and energy drinks not daily but often. Even so I still grew this summer a lot just by stretching, exercise, sleep and a good diet

I keep getting mucus in my lungs and it's hard to breathe. When i cough out like a chunk of mucus, another chunk is already produced in my lungs in like every 5-10 minutes it's very frustrating
If you'll notice they have very quietly removed dietary iron from just about everything even vitamins! I take a top brand multivitamin every day 50 plus and it doesn't even contain any iron at all! They're pumping a bunch of selenium and a bunch of zinc down us which further lowers your body's iron, of course you do need those minerals too but not as first and foremost as your body needs iron!.... And I've rendered everything where poor people cannot afford to eat meat anymore!
