very disgusting but hey how would you no if theres not a dead body amongst all that filth how bad this is.honestly how could anyone want to squat in a place as bad as this and put up with the awfull smells i seen the part in the room with the blanket on the floor and what looked like pillows to form like a bed so disgusting suppose in life some people actually live lives like this so very disturbing to see and no.
It's pretty terrible, but unfortunately, it may have been their only option. Sometimes any roof is better than none. Also, I'm sure addiction played some role here. It probably didn't start this bad, but over time, it kept getting worse and worse and eventually became insurmountable
From the moment I started watching this video I could keenly sense the heaviness of that house. It's interesting to me how places seem to hold on to the feelings, emotions, and experiences of the people who have been there before. This video underscores that there is a lot of darkness in people's lives that we know nothing about. You are absolutely right, it is not hard to be kind. Thank you for sharing! : )
I felt it almost as if i were there holding the camera as well. And i felt every word in your prologue. Thank you. Something very profound in the silence.
In the first pantry closet that had shelves. There was a picnic basket that was brown with white and yellow. I have one just like it that my husband and I got as a wedding gift when we got married in 1983. I still love it! It is very sad that their family have not went and cleaned out the house to get everything out of it. It's most probably amazing how many items that might be worth trying to get the money for. The canning jars would be great to have!
My aunt who would be 101 today if she was alive. Her house was similar to this house. She was a clean woman and the best cook ever. Thinking this house belonged to older people. Who are probably not here today and kids are in their 60s maybe 70s today
I would not have unlocked the doors out of respect to the families privacy. They had a reason for doing what they did. Judging by the pics on the walls, native Americans are private people. I know this as I'm friends with many and you don't cross that line without permission.
Hmm lots of bibles in the house then there's a naked lady over the bed in the 1 bedroom? Maybe this belonged to a minister who got caught/charged with something?
Don't have a clue what that symbol on the floor was but the plaster on the wall above the fireplace was probably a hole for a potbelly stove back in the day
Oh no!! That is creepy and disgusting! Who knows what this guy was up to. Maybe he was renting it out to other perverts!! Police should look into what is on those recorded tapes!! 👈 They should check the concrete in the basement as well..👈
@@DoesntSayDont could have been an accident which made them not want to finish it, and they left right away, even leaving stuff there to try to forget about what had happened.
I just came upon your site. I am happy that I had the opportunity to subscribe, and I did enjoy the video. The only thing I wished you had done was open the fridge in the kitchen. It may have given us a sense of time how long it's been abandoned? I got the feel an elderly couple may have lived there. And for whatever reason, whether the death of one and the other being placed in a care home. Or the passing of both family members. They may not have had any children. Or, like the majority of Generation X, now adults really don't treasure the same things as the Baby Boomer generation does/did. Family photos and heirlooms, treasures, etc. don't mean anything to the Generation X children. Now adults. Sad to see the home wasting away with what once had so much potential. Also, it would have been nice to see the clothes in the closets. But, all in all, a decent video. Thank you for sharing and walking the distance. Beautiful property. I'd love to live there. I'm looking forward to more. Maybe more indebtedness by showing the fridge and inside the closets. Thanks for sharing! ☺️
This is what I was thinking. The cabinet style television was definitely out of the 70s. The other smaller one appeared to be an early 90 tv. The decor was definitely 70's with the wood paneling and carpet style. The bedrooms were absolutely amazingly untouched for years. The home was a complete time capsule. It is unfortunate that the mold has begun. That will ruin everything. These abandoned homes always keep me wondering, "Where did they go?" Certainly proof we can not take what we've worked our whole entire lives for with us. The reason God tells us not to store up treasures on earth. This and all abandoned homes are the perfect proof of this. P€ac€ ~n~ £0v€
