Hi. Another autism channel here. 😁😁 As a kid I had meltdowns but I'd hurt others not myself. Now it takes alot before I go psycho but I have more shutdowns then anything. good video.
Thanks for the comment, Shutdowns are definitely no fun too. Congrats on less Meltdowns and especially since they would hurt other people its good you are better at managing now. Sorry for the late reply.
