Anyone in that side of the Jamaican music scene respects M Dot, unlike America, there ain’t a race war between the white British and black Caribbean’s specifically Jamaicans, we’ve existed alongside each other for so long that our cultures have intertwined and bred into a new culture that very much relates to natives from both countries. I’m from the north of the UK and you don’t see much Jamaican culture up here, but the few yardie boys that I know don’t mind a white boy with dreads being a part of it (I’m the white boy with dreads lol)
