you reset them by holding both the buttons down until the power goes off then turn them back on by holding the button down and as soon as the power goes on press both the button 3 times and it will reset.

I decided to replace the one that wasn't working and have not been able to connect the two earbuds so, I came here to look for a solution, I think I found it. I have about six pairs of earbuds and I'm sure I'll buy more in the future but I won't buy Skullcandy again. I laughed my ass off at the end! Great video
