The company DynamiTech s.r.o. is a purely Czech company, it was founded for the purpose of developing and manufacturing compact and high performance CNC lathes of the DynaTurn 102 series, which the founder of the company developed for several years with the aim of his needs and after successful testing decided to offer the machine to other interested parties.
If you need to turn short and smaller parts, you are at the right place, the DynaTurn 102 CNC lathe will certainly be a great choice.

Looks good, but there is far too much epoxy. The grain sizes need to be matched (Fuller curve). Have a look at my youtube site, I have given mixing ratios in a video: DIY CNC milling machine from mineral casting and ALU - Part 2 Best regards

Thank you, it was first piece. We use today mixture of stones 2-8 mm and during work we use vibration table.

I just love your machine I take it you built it your self I am considering a CNC lathe build as my next project now that my PrintNC PRO CNC is finished (which I would use to make a lot of the Lathe parts I currently use a Masso Touch screen controller and would go that way again I don't see any videos on your build ..... Did you make you own spindle head assembly or is it a bought unit the spindle is one of the thing I have yet to work out .......but back to your video thanks for posting it great job, people don't realize how much work goes into making one, I have watched most of your videos, well working my way through them I have subscribed and look forward to the next one Cheers Bill

Hi William, I'm glad you like my machine. Yes, you are right, there is really a lot of work behind it. It's been 3 years since I started it and I've been working on it all day for 2 years. At the moment I have 2 variants and I am already satisfied with it, now I will start full on marketing. may i ask where are you from We could establish some cooperation. Vlada DynamiTech

Hi Dynami, what motor are you using on the spindle? Great machine btw.
@DynamiTechcz
@DynamiTechcz 3 месяца назад
Siemens asynchronous motor with internal encoder. It is very good, because you can control position too. Then is possible use spindle for rigid taping and for driven tools.

I don't know what your limiting factor is but that could have been machined a lot faster especially aluminium.

I understand you, you are right, but we produced 2 pieces and that needs a little debugging. By the way, it's a thin ring towards the end and you can't pull it off much.

Unfortunately, sometimes there is no other way. If you need 4 pieces, you won't buy a special semi-finished product, for example a pipe.

@@DynamiTechcz Yes that's what I also find with my PrintNC Pro CNC Machine when making some parts you just end up with a lot of chips but it thats part of turning stock into components, work holding usually means you have to start with a much bigger piece of alloy then you really want to cheers Bill
