A nice vid, but....audio was very poor - mostly wind noise, abd also the levels were very much up and down. One minute I could barely hear anything, then the next, my eardrums got blasted. 😮

Freshwater Bay Area was stunning. Honestly, the whole western tip was a great place to explore. Beautiful, but also interesting and not landscape I’d necessarily seen put together in that way before.
I have not done anything in the Sperrins. Honestly, I haven't spent that much time in Northern Ireland in general. Certainly a place I want to do more exploring.

Great introduction to a place I've heard a lot about but never been to. I have to say though, those crowds would have put me right off; it there are so many people at this time of the year it must be swamped with tourists in the summer.
I've been twice in the summer and once in the spring. The sunnier/warmer the weather, the more crowds. If you go in the summer, certainly get there early and beat the tour busses.

Nice video 😊 I have been to the Isles of Scilly twice and visited Tresco both times, so it was really lovely to visit again now in this video. I have walked around alll the 5 inhabited islands, and have had my fair share of walking through fern 😂 The rock you pointed at on Bryher across the sound from around Cromwell's castle is called Hangman Island. And there are really gallows on top of it. I wish you had visited the Abbey Gardens. It is a fantastic botanical garden. The ticket is relatively expensive and may dig a bit deep into a holiday budget, but I treated myself to this lovely experience both times I visited. Thank you for sharing your lovely trip 😊🤩
Hope you enjoyed your trip, the Scillies are such a special place, trapped in time, about 1950 I'd say. I've visited islands the world over but they'll always have a special place in my heart.
Lovely to follow you on your walk. I have walked there myself, luckily in better weather, and it is great to see these environments again here. About the adder breeding habitat: No-one is breeding adders. But there are adders living in this area and the authorities wish for them to breed in peace without disturbance from people 😊 I wondered too when I was there and this was the explanation I got. Thank you for sharing 😊

Like your video, I did this stretch many years ago and it brought back memories. That stepped "ladder" affair wasn't there when I was. To answer your question, all the people walking north to south will rarely catch up with each other, whereas you will inevitably pass the south to north people.
