@@dancermatt991Goldees should be on your bucket list. Hutchins BBQ in Mckinney is pretty interesting, they have a drive-thru at that specific location, i’m not even kidding. Hutchins makes some of the best BBQ sauce i’ve had too, it’s spicy yet sweet. It’s the perfect mix of the two, good luck on your citizenship.
In the sea of food reviews and critiques I can appreciate your honesty and ability to try out new spots. Keep up your hard work and I wish you plenty of success.
Brisket is great… but you will get tired of it if its the only thing you eat lol. I have a wonderful smoker that i make a 12lb brisket every week. Its great for a few days, but after eating only SUPER RICH tasting meat, you start to crave things that are less overwhelming with the flavor lol. After a few days of eating overly flavorful texas style beef brisket, just basic ground beef starts to be more palatable. God bless America, its a good thing when the biggest problem in your life is food tastes TOO GOOD 😂🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I've always said that the joy of food is that every dish isn't, and shouldn't, be drowning in spices and seasonings *all the time* . I live in a west coast state, and I love the delicate flavor of pacific scallops and Dungeness crab. I've travelled in the UK, and while trad British fare isn't heavily seasoned, I love the food there also. The idea of dumping a bunch of spices into a steak and kidney pudding is stupid, I love it the way it is.
You say that you won't get tired of it, but when I worked at a bbq place that fed you after a shift? It took months of eating it 5x a week, but it'll happen! Took a long time though
