The interpretation of what happened and when clearly isn't the point of the book. It how history and the soul work, and if you did deep enough you can find some wild stuff. Moses listening to a volcano. The mountains rising from the sea and slowly sinking back in to flame and fire, literally a description of eons of tectonic movement going forward and backwards in time implicitly. Because all mountains are made this way, it doesn't explain it in exacting terms but is says it's how it is. "If God's true voice was heard the earth would break and burn" essentially he'd liquify the magma. There's a very liminal space where science used to agree with religion but we've injected a flaw into the system that pays out when we stay broken
It's a good way to get in touch with the world around you, but also I don't think that considering a text for it's metaphorical value is what makes it false. The books about the soul and mind and heart. Science is something we learned to work with once we learned some of what's in the good books. It's not a replacement. People in science and people in religion often get it confused that one aught to replace the other. I think it's a conflict of authorities more than a conflict of truth.
It’s amazing that the people that wrote anything after the Torah actually read the Torah and incorporated words from the Torah into their writings! That makes everything in the Bible 100% true!
GO HAUK (GOD in Deleware Indn language) through NA DA KA LA KO SHEDD (JESUS CHRIST in Deleware by HIS HUNG QWAI SPIRIT my Brotha. Enjoy GODS WORD through your words my Native.
I have an ancestor, John Martin, a white man, who had a white wife and family, and 2 Cherokee wives and children with them. It was very common for the fur traders to have multiple wives. During the Removal of the Cherokee from Georgia, John Martin chose to go with his one remaining Cherokee wife (his 2nd Cherokee wife had died), left his white family behind. He died on the Trail of Tears before reaching Oklahoma.
Thank you for posting this video, I was trying to find that historical marker and was having a hard time. I recognize that location! My understanding is that when the Corps or Engineers made the lake they flooded the foundations of the buildings and also hundreds of Indian graves. *I cannot state this as fact, it is simply my understanding.
God bless you brother when I hear you speak I hear the Love of God in your voice. I pray the Lord blesses you abundantly beyond measure pouring out in your cup to over flow on the table and into your lap.
Well done!! Well done!! Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Keeping the faith and walking the true path. Hey man, how are your shoe's holding up? We were just in Georgia 2 weeks ago. Man, you have put the miles on. Praise the Lord.
Hey, whenever you start, would you say exactly where you are-- town & state? Only place I know I've been on the Trail is a rock overhang in Livingston Co, KY where a number of Cherokees died.
Checking out your videos brother G. I probably would have missed you at the restaurant. I was on my way there to eat about 3 hrs before I got there. Had some cows get out. Took a few hours to round them up and patch the hole in the fence. Now I see the good Lord wanted our paths to cross. Threw a wrench in my dinner plans. The woods Dr Carver roamed. Ive been roaming them to just a few miles away from Carver place. In the last 24hrs I’ve seen grey Fox, bobcats, and had a very young Coyote pup walk with me. Highly recommend if you need a spiritual reboot. Have a stay in our geographic. It’s good for the soul. Good health and safety be upon you. Peace brother.
